This quintessential coastal home is nestled in the heart of “Seacrest Beach”, right along famous palm-lined scenic 30A. It is within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions between downtown Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.

This home beach features five bedrooms, and 5 1/2 baths, sleeping 20 in total.

Each master suite is a private retreat and features its own full en suite bathroom. A master on the main is perfect for elderly couples, hoping to avoid stairs.

The game room and bunk area upstairs is great for youngsters to have a little (or a lot) of their own fun and games!



Sleeping arrangements/floor plan:

1st floor: master with en-suite bathroom.

2nd floor:

Rooms 1 and 2: master with en-suite bathroom plus twin over twin built in bunk.

Room 3: master with en-suite bathroom.

3rd Floor: Rec/game room with additional bunk area and full bath. Two full over full built in bunks sleeps 8.



The large, open-concept kitchen, living and dining space is perfect for large groups!

This sizable, fully stocked kitchen (with Double dishwashers, fridges, and dining tables) makes gathering, cooking for large groups and accommodating everyone a breeze!!

Right off the living area, is a large outdoor oasis with a grill and private pool for cooling off after a hot day at the beach!



Although this beautiful home features its own private heated pool, guests also have access to all Seacrest Beach community Amenities including: Deeded beach access, 12K sq ft community lagoon pool, The Seacrest Cafe, breaktaking Lagoon views, 1.3 miles of walking/riding trails, and the Amphitheater where movies, concerts and events are held.



From March through October, Seacrest tram service offers complimentary transportation within the neighborhood to the powdery white sand beach or Lagoon.

Beach service at the deeded access for chair/umbrella setup is provided by La Dolce Vita.

Guests must complete the Seacrest community form to use shared amenities.

Checkin: smart lock with keyless entry.

Security Deposit: Please note that we charge an additional $500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for each reservation. The security deposit is refunded back 1-3 days after your stay as long as there are no damages to the property.

We require our standard rental agreement to be signed online by each group. The rental agreement is sent via DocuSign approximately 1 month before your arrival.

Security Cameras: We have outdoor security cameras at entry points at the property.
