From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by a fully fenced yard and a charming front porch swing—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching the river flow by.

Main Level
Step inside to a bright and inviting living room, where window seating provides stunning river views. A dedicated workspace allows for remote work, and a fun selfie wall featuring The River House signage adds a unique touch.

The open-concept dining room and kitchen provide the perfect gathering space, featuring a custom coffee bar and a mini fridge in addition to the full-size refrigerator.

Just beyond, the great room is a showstopper! This space features a custom wet bar with a vintage copper bar top and seating for four, a built-in mini fridge to keep drinks cold, and two cozy recliners to enjoy your beverage to finish out the evening. Take in the stunning river and mountain views from the bay window, or enjoy entertainment on the 55” smart TV. Double doors lead to the backyard retreat, making indoor-outdoor living a breeze.

Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to a paver patio with a 16x24 cantilever deck, furnished with a dining table and chairs for alfresco meals. The patio also features a gazebo with a sectional outdoor couch, where you can unwind under twinkling string lights.

For cozy evenings, gather around the firepit with comfortable chairs, perfect for roasting marshmallows, storytelling, or simply enjoying the peaceful river views. Whether you're sipping morning coffee or winding down at night, this riverside retreat offers the ultimate space to relax.

Bring your boat, PWC, kayaks, SUPs and take advantage of the private dock. No water toys? No problem! Bring a fishing pole and chair and enjoy an afternoon of fishing from the dock.

First-Floor Master Suite
The king bedroom is located just off the dining area and offers a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (please note, this is the only bathroom on the first floor). Patio doors open to a private porch, where comfortable outdoor seating awaits.

Second Floor
At the top of the stairs, you'll find a linen closet stocked with extra blankets, pillows, and towels.

The main bathroom is located here, featuring a bathtub/shower combination and gorgeous river views.

The upstairs master bedroom includes a queen bed, a closet with hangers, a 42" smart TV, and breathtaking views of the river and mountains from both windows.

The twin-over-full bedroom with a twin trundle (fondly called the "kids' room," but comfortable for all guests) includes a closet with hangers, children's books, puzzles, and a 42" smart TV.
