The kitchen had all we needed, the bedrooms were huge and the screened in porch was fantastic to watch the animals and the Amish buggies going by. Everything was very clean and pretty.
Great place to stay. Away from congestion of the Lancaster area put close enough to the activities we had planned. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Main level bathroom has an easy step in shower for persons with mobility issues. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. We would sray here again.
This was a perfect place to stay, very clean. The kids had a blast outside with the animals, so much space for all. The host responded quickly with any questions we had. Would highly recommend, very relaxing
We enjoyed our stay here. The farmhouse had plenty of room for us all and it was in a great location for visiting all the local attractions. The house was very clean and the kids loved the animals!
Our whole family stayed at the farmhouse for the weekend. We had great fun feeding the farm animals, watching the Amish buggies go by, and enjoying time together on the screened-in porch after the children were asleep. Wonderful memories made!
Perfect location for us to attend a family wedding. House was roomy and comfortable with beautiful sunroom, deck and outdoor spaces. Ada was helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!!
This farmhouse was perfect for our stay. Our daughter was getting married in East Earl and we were traveling from Kansas. This house had everything we needed and the hosts were so great to work with. I would love to stay here every time we visit our daughter :)
The home provides great space for our extended family. We were in the heart of Amish county and loved hearing the horse and buggies as we sat on the covered porch or bed swing under the tree.
Our weekend trip with the family was made more special with this lovely home. It was filled with history and very comfortable with updated amenities. The scenery of farmland around us was peaceful, along with the animals in the pasture next to the driveway. The kids loved visiting with them and feeding them. We would definitely come back.
The check in process was so easy and convenient, the information was given very clearly. When it came to the kitchen, everything needed for cooking was available, and extras Thank you for the cookies and coffee bar was great. It was well stocked so we could cook and the extras were very appreciated. We appreciate the easy communication with the host.We highly recommend this property!
Ada was the sweetest host!! And her place was probably the most incredible place we have ever stayed in. I had my bachelorette party in Lancaster and the girls loved how spacious the house was and how much there was to explore! Especially the balcony, gardens, and Jack and Pepper :) If I ever find myself coming back to Lancaster with a large party, I will be sure to ask Ada for availability again. I am happy to recommend her to anyone who asks!
Your property has set a beautiful standard for our future trips. Weâre very hopeful that we can stay again next year! Thank you so much for your kindness, quick responses, and thoughtfulness.
We enjoyed our stay here. The house is very big and accommodates quite a few people. The best part was feeding the animals! Even my grown up kids had a blast doing this. We'd definitely stay again.
We were 4 adult children with our 91 year old dad, celebrating his birthday. The house was charming, roomy, and more than adequate inside and out. Loved the farm animals, and the countryside. Sunday dadâs grandkids and great grands came to celebrate and they all had a grand time. We certainly hope to come back!
Great location, nice people, house was very clean and beautifully decorated, owner left us eggs, butter and milk, feed for the goats, apples for the horse and donkey, wood for the fire pit. House was so spacious, and kitchen/dinning area was perfect for meals and craft night. Screened porch was perfect for relaxing in the evening and morning coffee. Definitely want to plan another visit.
This house was perfect for our large family. The location was close to local attractions, but far enough away to enjoy Amish country and rest. We hope to return again in the future.
It was a absolute treat getting to stay here, the welcoming cookies & milk just added a nice at home feel.
With the animals every morning lookin forward to apples to exploring the Amish Country and surrounding areas. This home is perfect if your having business near by.
Very relaxing and a beautiful home. Porches were amazing. This home accommodated all of us and works great for younger or handicapped. Had all essential things plus added touches here and outdoors there and in the refrigerator. Great place to stay and also enjoyed the outdoors area
Hi. My name is Ada and am managing the website for my sister Mary who owns the property and whose family you may meet. I enjoy traveling and recently have combined two passions travel + nursing. I enjoy staying in unique Airbnb's and I love providing beautiful spaces for people to relax and enjoy family and friends. Most of the time I will probably not meet my guests but generally very responsive to phone calls and texts. If there is anything you need don't hesitate to reach out and call or text! Ada
We love the location of this place. Its on farmland, right around Amish homes, close to tourist attractions. I love going over and sitting on the porch looking at the amazing views and breathing in fresh country air.
Some of the reasons I love this property is that you can get a glimpse of what it would be like to live on a farm. This house was built in the 1800s. When we bought it we did some renovating but still allowed the house to tell its story. We have a horse, donkey, and sheep in the meadow. They love to be hand fed by our guests. we have apples for the horse and feed for the sheep.
