We strive to have our home clean and welcoming for each guest - I have no doubt our home will have the perfect touch to make your stay a memorable one.

Our front porch area is the perfect place to sit to watch the sunrise while enjoying a hot cup of coffee or in the peaceful cool of the evening as the sun sets. There are retired folks all around us and you will see them walking, biking, and enjoying their daily activities. You will also see Amish riding scooters or walking to and from the grocery store. You will also see horse and buggy's quite frequently.

**DISCOUNT for 28+ nights, the longer you stay the higher the discount. We love hosting long term guests, so let us know if there's anything we can do to make that possible for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The basement and garage is off limits to all guests. This is where the owner keeps his personal items. The owner is a trucker, he lives in the basement, he is usually gone for long periods at a time. However he does return for several days before leaving for his next long delivery.
You will have access to the whole property except the garage and basement. (Owners Property) Feel free to use the front porch area, back patio and backyard area. The owner typically doesn't use these areas, so feel free to make yourself at home. The owner does a good job keeping to himself when he is home for a few days. He is a single, Christian man and well respected human being.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
