Summary:

Enjoy your staycation in our NEWLY renovated beachfront condo on the North Shore! Escape the crowd in our beautiful & modern unit. Inqure about the dates before booking. Famous spots are located minutes away-Banzai Pipeline, Sunset, Waimea, Polynesian Cultural Center, Kualoa Ranch, Haleiwa, & Sharks Cove. Sunrise & Sunset walks on the beach are steps away from our unit or simply relax & sip on your drink from the comfort of our huge patio. Pool, BBQ area, & beachside gym are on-site.



No A/C but unit is equipped with ceiling fans and portable fans.



The Space:

Relax and stay awhile in our newly renovated and remodeled condo! Our 1 bedroom unit features a spacious layout with modern designs which can comfortably sleep 6 people - 1 queen bed, 1 queen size pull out couch, 1 sofa bed, 1 air mattress.



Our unit provides you with many of your necessities, so pack light, and bring lots of space to fill with beautiful memories and experiences! Equipped kitchen, shampoo & conditioner, beach towels, beach equipment & gear, washer & dryer in unit, wi-fi, cable, starter laundry pod detergent,



Located on the beachfront, you can enjoy your meals and drinks with the amazing views from our patio. Sunrise and sunsets are a beautiful time to take a stroll on the beach which are only steps away from our unit. This private-like beach let's you unwind from your busy lives and take in the sun, sand and salt with sea turtles & monk seals often visiting on shore. A great place to snorkle, fish, or lay on the beach. Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, BBQ area, lawn with beach lounge chairs, and beach front workout room all on-site.



PLEASE NOTE: Currently, the building is underoing construction. Please expect workers to be there M-F during normal business hours which may cause noise during the day.



Guest Access:

As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Front Right on the Beach! The Beach is protected by a reef a ways out so it's perfect for snorkeling without the bigger waves. Beaches with big waves are nearby! Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, Hawaiian Ice stand and convenience store with local food counter half block away across the street!



Less than 5 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s #1 paid attraction, draws millions of visitors annually with their world-class entertainment, learning, shows, and luaus. There is a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores in the area. Five minutes away, Laie Beach Park has great year round larger waves for body surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses/Restaurants and World Famous North Shore Surfing Beaches a short drive away.



If it's winter, along the North Shore you'll be treated to 30 to 40-foot tall waves and some of the world's best surfers. You'll also find Waimea Bay and the beautiful Waimea Falls Park with its sacred sites, waterfall and wonderful hula dancers. Or drive a few more miles to the quaint town of Haleiwa and its many art galleries, boutiques and restaurants.



There is also horseback riding nearby and of course, the beach and the ocean - right outside your door!



Getting Around:

Guest private parking spaces are near the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

Our stay here war wonderful. The host communicated very clearly what we’d need to do to be prepared for our visit. The location was awesome! Turtles came up on the beach every night and we event saw some whales breach from our balcony. Would highly recommended.

The pictures looked like this was a very nice place to stay. After paying was told there is renovations being done. Our view was of a huge lift parked all week in the grass. The screens on the window were both broken and kept falling off multiple times. With no a/c, it was nice to have ceiling and floor fans. The place was clean. I wouldnt recommend it.
