Comfy condo au rez-de-chaussée dans un bel endroit. Courte distance de marche de l'hôtel et la plage. Nouvelle cuisine et les comptoirs. AC et ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre. acc��s WIFI. Pas de telephone. Bienvenue �� Kuilima Estates, la propriété de condo situé sur les terrains de renommée mondiale Turtle Bay. Les condos sont entour��s de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, revenir en arri��re, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. La propri��té de condo est à quelques pas de l'hôtel et à une belle, à l'abri, plage Coved, où vous pouvez nager, plonger, et le surf. Nous avons nos piscines, avec des chaises longues, une douche extérieure, et les grilles de charbon de bois pour barbecue. Apportez votre propre matériel et jouer au tennis sur nos courts sans frais. We loved our Turtle Bay Condo stay!

The lodging was very clean, comfortable and convenient. The property was beautiful, front and back. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach out the back, and the flowering trees in the front. We hope to stay there again whenever we go to Oahu.

New Year relaxation

The grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. Our only suggestion is that the shower needs to be replaced. The floor isn’t solid.

Wonderful little old fashioned abode

Needs serious updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part we enjoyed our stay in the condo. But there are several things needing updating, like the rusty fridge, shorting stove element, patio doors + screens, just to name a few. When I asked the staff about the poor condition of our unit, they responded with the owners do not want to spend any money on these units. If that is the case, the unit should be removed from the rental pool.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was good although the condo itself was not very impressive. We fully expected a basic unit but we didn't expect what we got. This unit needs a lot of work. Bathroom area was in rough shape. Trim work was looking worn out. Mold issues from what I could tell. It just needed some work. We had to capture and dispose of 5 cockroaches and countless little bugs dispite the spraying that supposedly took place while we were there. We had a great family vacation but the unit could definitely had been better. I am not one to complain either, just figured you guys would want to know.

This particular one was just as nice as the others, except the bathroom was a bit sad. It was very confusing and the code that were given to me didn't work. Once you got in it was very easy using the fob that were in our room. The room were very clean and everything you need was there, very nice room and beautiful view.

DO NOT RENT! WORST THAN MOTEL 6 -

Reviewer Comments: In the past, I have always written positive feedback after receiving numerous outstanding services but in this case, I will enumerate details about this rental and the horrible customer service we received during this visit. After arriving at the rental after catching a red eye flight,my family was looking forward to spending a restful night. To our surprise, we were unfortunately greeted with an awful odor almost like a mold scent.We checked out the kitchen and noticed that the kitchen had not been cleaned at all prior to our arrival. We discovered the microwave was stained from old food and looked like it had not been cleaned at all.We walked to our room and at first glance, the sheets looked like they had not been changed and washed at all. The whole bathroom did not look like it had been scrubbed or disinfected.We knew instantly that the housekeeping team didn't thoroughly clean the place because they did not provide any towels or toiletries to the guests. There was dust everywhere and came across cockroaches crawling up the wall! My son Noah has terrible asthma and the quality of air was unbreathable and ended up sleeping with our KN95 masks on and on top of the bed. We were just afraid to find out what would be underneath the bed sheet. The next morning, we called the office and informed the state of our rental. The receptionist said she would pass on the information to the housekeeping manager and would do a walk through to check out the rental. We didn't hear back until we called the next day and unfortunately, the housekeeping manager stated there was no problem at all and the rental was in perfect condition. The manager said that she would not be able to accommodate a different rental, reimburse us at all and not be able to return our refundable security deposit. The rental was just in terrible shape, we weren't able to use any amenities , water sink... etc I am prepared to file a formal complaint to
