Pas de telephone. Bienvenue �� Kuilima Estates, la propriété de condo situé sur les terrains de renommée mondiale Turtle Bay. Les condos sont entour���s de deux terrains de golf magnifiquement entretenus, et sont les seuls condos sur la Rive-Nord. Ceci est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, revenir en arri��re, et la restauration, et un monde forment loin de l'agitation de la ville. La propri����té de condo est à quelques pas de l'hôtel et à une belle, à l'abri, plage Coved, où vous pouvez nager, plonger, et le surf. Nous avons nos piscines, avec des chaises longues, une douche extérieure, et les grilles de charbon de bois pour barbecue. Apportez votre propre matériel et jouer au tennis sur nos courts sans frais. The Turtle Bay Guava condominium was in a perfect location to walk to the Turtle Bay resort beach and trails that went along the beach. The pool was a comfortable temperature for taking a dip during the day and evening. It would have been nice to have a hot tub too. The condominium was very clean. One of the screen doors was off the rail and the screen door was ripped at the bottom. I reported this and it was fixed the same day. I reported that there was not a door stop to the bathroom door, and this was not fixed. I used the pull out sofa and the mattress was thin, I felt the springs and it was uncomfortable. There was only a fitted sheet. I brought a flat sheet from my son's house to use. There were plenty of pots and pans, dishes, cups and kitchen utensils. I would have liked it if there were some cleaning supplies, such as window cleaner as the kitchen table had a glass top that I wanted to clean after using it.

We loved our Turtle Bay Condo stay!

The lodging was very clean, comfortable and convenient. The property was beautiful, front and back. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach out the back, and the flowering trees in the front. We hope to stay there again whenever we go to Oahu.

The grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. Our only suggestion is that the shower needs to be replaced. The floor isn’t solid.

But there are several things needing updating, like the rusty fridge, shorting stove element, patio doors + screens, just to name a few. When I asked the staff about the poor condition of our unit, they responded with the owners do not want to spend any money on these units. If that is the case, the unit should be removed from the rental pool.

Reviewer Comments: Check in was good although the condo itself was not very impressive. We fully expected a basic unit but we didn't expect what we got. This unit needs a lot of work. Bathroom area was in rough shape. Trim work was looking worn out. Mold issues from what I could tell. It just needed some work. We had to capture and dispose of 5 cockroaches and countless little bugs dispite the spraying that supposedly took place while we were there. We had a great family vacation but the unit could definitely had been better. I am not one to complain either, just figured you guys would want to know.
