What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is the incredible sense of a genuine lake community. The scene here is a perfect blend of peaceful relaxation and outdoor adventure. I love that everything you could want is within a short walk or golf cart rideâfrom the public boat launches and sandy beach at Pendleton Park to the challenging 9-hole golf course. It's a place where you can feel completely at home while having endless opportunities to make amazing memories by the water.
What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is the incredible sense of a genuine lake community. The scene here is a perfect blend of peaceful relaxation and outdoor adventure. I love that everything you could want is within a short walk or golf cart rideâfrom the public boat launches and sandy beach at Pendleton Park to the challenging 9-hole golf course.
