Welcome to your perfect beach retreat. This entire duplex is all yours and offers the ideal setup for larger groups, families traveling together, or anyone who wants extra space and privacy without sacrificing comfort or style.
You'll have two fully separate units, each with its own kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Whether you're gathering for meals, heading to the beach, or winding down after a full day in the sun, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax.
The interiors are bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed with coastal charm. Wood beam ceilings, natural light, and open-concept spaces give the home a warm and easygoing vibe. Each kitchen is stocked with the essentials so you can prepare meals at home, and there's indoor and outdoor seating for group dinners. We are just a short walk from the sand, and close to local cafes, restaurants, and shops. No need to drive to enjoy the best of the area.

Each unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, beach-inspired decor, and all the essentials for a relaxed coastal stay. Whether you rent one or both units, this duplex offers flexibility, space, and a prime locationâjust steps from the sand, and close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
HOME LOCATION
Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach a few blocks down at 36th.From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier etc. (15-30 Minutes by Bike) Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
- Please review and respect all house rules, including noise levels and occupancy limits, both during the day and night.
- High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.
- This home does not provide AC, although this home has no air conditioning you can rent from one of our vendors for $399.
- You are provided with TWO parking spaces in covered carport. Mid-sized vehicles are recommended for ease of access.
- Laundry facilities are located in the garage and is coin operated ($2.25 per Wash & Dry).
- Please expect ambient noise from neighboring homes and beachgoers.
- Per City of Newport Beach regulations, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
