Ce ski-in, ski-out, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains location de vacances est parfait pour une petite famille avec des enfants à la recherche d'un emplacement super pratique. Ça ne vaut pas mieux que ça ... sortez par la porte et vous êtes sur les pistes! L'unité dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec des comptoirs en granit partout, foyer au gaz confortable, grande télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et un coin salon confortable.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bains privative attenante. La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux et d'une télévision à écran plat. Le canapé se retire même pour accueillir d’autres invités. Tous les clients de Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations comprenant une piscine couverte chauffée, un hammam / sauna, un centre de remise en forme complet, des cours de yoga, de pilates et de cyclisme, etc.

Ce condo peut accueillir un maximum de 6 personnes et est livré avec un garage souterrain chauffé pour un véhicule (le dégagement du garage est de 8 '2 "). Vous recevrez un laissez-passer de stationnement. Si vous avez besoin de plus de places de stationnement que ce qui vous est alloué, n'hésitez pas à appeler notre bureau pour connaître les différentes options. Il n'y a pas d'escaliers à cette unité et pas d'escalier à l'intérieur. Cette unité est non-fumeur et aucun animal domestique n'est autorisé. Very Nice Rental Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice, comfortable and had all of the expected items that a ski area rental property should have. The rental agency, Mammoth Reservations, it's employees and management team are awful. I will stay at the property again, but rental through some other rental management company.

Dated, poor service, no internet

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They advertise WiFi. This unit has zero WiFi signal. It is in a dead zone. Units around it have WiFi. The employees on site and the company did nothing to fix this and provided no compensation at all for the lack of WiFi. In addition, there was no cellular signal in this unit during our entire stay. This is the most dated unit I've ever seen at Mammoth. Old, grimy carpet. Absolutely bare bones without cooking oil. The location is good.

great location

The location definitely qualifies as ski-in, ski-out one can ski off the trail under the Eagle Lift to the entrance by the pool. The indoor heated garage was also appreciated and easy to unload baggage to the room. Your room key opens the garage door. The kitchen had all the necessary items including a coffee maker, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, pots, pans, etc. We had a car and drove to town easily in 5 minutes. Alternatively, one can go to the village or town using the shuttle buses stop at Juniper Springs Resort which is a short walk. A few other comments on the location. I prefer staying around Eagle Lodge where this housing was located as the altitude is lower than Main Lodge permitting better sleep for those who need to acclimate to the altitude. Ski school requires thought if you plan to enroll children. Only some ski school lessons for children were offered out of Eagle with more group lessons offered out of Canyon Village or Main Lodge. Main lodge is quite far requiring either multiple lifts or two buses (yellow trolley, walk across village to red line) to reach. Canyon Village had appropriate group lessons for our children and was only a minor inconvenience reached by taking the Eagle lift than taking a run to Canyon Village. Then at the end of the lesson at 3 pm, you can take chair 8 ( a slow triple chair) and ski down to the lodging. If you elect to take lessons outside of Eagle Lodge area and also paid for a lift ticket with the day of ski school (tickets are inexpensive if you pay for ski school lessons), you MUST pick up your the lift ticket in advance to ride the lift though to get to Canyon Village of Main Lodge. Remember ski school doesn't start until 10 am. The passes were provided to us when we picked up our rental equipment from Eagle Lodge. Two areas were suboptimal for our sty. The pull-out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable- I can't recommend that for sleeping unless perhaps a very small person. Secondly, the internet slowed to a crawl in the evening essentially precluding use. We needed to time work related internet activities to avoid the 4-9 pm peak period.

Pleasant stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very pleasant stay. We had trouble getting the gas fire to light, but the mgmnt office sent a tech out and solved the problem within a half hour of our call. No other issues during the rest of our stay.

Nice labor day getaway

A relaxing mountain holiday weekend. We booked this rental 2 days out and they were all ready for us. The condo was a nice ground floor unit which was convenient for lugging infant stuff around. Couches were comfy. The only downside -and there was nothing to be done about this, it's nature - is that it was way warmer than average and the condo didn't have any AC, but they did have fans that we used when possible to cool down the unit. A really great last minute trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about the property is the ski in/out location at the resort. Overall the complex is great, but the unit is mediocre.Major issue:1. The wifi is horrible. If you need to work, I do not recommend staying here.Minor issues:1. The unit is not serviced by the regular cleaning crew that is onsite. If you need more supplies like soap or towels, you are on your own.2. The overall quality of the furniture, appliances, and kitchen is low. The sofa had hair on it and the carpet is a old.3. When you checkout, the management company wants you to return the paper parking permit and the plastic hotel style keys at or around checkout time, 10:00am. This is a real inconvenience if you are trying to ski on checkout day.

Winter rental only

Ventilation was poor with no air conditioning. Window treatments poorly designed. If you want to open a window, you need to pull up blinds all the way up and expose your privacy. The nights were tough, not possible to leave window open due to the morning sunrise, unless on vacation you want to be awakened at the crack of dawn.

Ok unit, awful connectivity

Unit was ok...defn ski in ski out. Pretty clean, but found dirty sponge by sink. Bdrms were fine and bedding was nice. Internet connectivity beyond terrible...if connectivity matters to you after a long say of skiing, this unit will disappoint.

Reviewer Comments: everything about this property is great except this one part - no AC. so if you are here in the summer rooms get very very hot. the building is designed to keep the heat in the rooms, which you want during the winter month. but come summer, this room heats up fast... there was 1 standing fan in the closet, so it sort of helped... will i stay here again - definitely YES - in the winter...

Clean and impressive

Perfect little condo for our family of 4, and we could have invited 2 more to stay too. Very clean, building felt so safe, underground parking was perfect. Pool was open and heated. Kitchen was missing a mixing bowl, couldn’t make pancakes, but that’s okay. Also, the windows won’t open all the way unless the blinds are pulled all the way up, made it a little stuffy at night. And we couldn’t leave the patio door open because we were on the 1st floor. But there are fans in the closets so that helped! Our boys loved it, we’ll definitely be returning!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 1-week stay at Sunstone was everything we had hoped it would be. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals as we wanted. The service was excellent: I had not thought we could get towels replaced as often as requested. One problem: the jacuzzi wasn't working the last couple days. Also, we would like to have been able to open the windows a bit more than we could. Thanks to the Mammoth Sierra Reservation people, Sarah and Ashley, for your excellent assistance!
