Ce troisième étage de 1675 pieds carrés trois chambres, deux condominiums de bain offre un décor contemporain et de belles vues sur le golfe et la piscine de la tour ouest de la chambre principale, salon et balcon enveloppant. Cuisine entièrement équipée comprend coin petit-déjeuner, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. There is a many combiner place to go right across the street for any of your needs .Would highly recommend seachase!!!

The accommodations were simple and easy and the staff that I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Tough Week at the Beach

Property was very nice. Beautiful view. Condo was nice. Pools were good. But the beach was closed three days due to high surf, strong winds, severe rip currents, sharks and jelly fish. On top of that, my 13-year-old son got a severe ear infection, causing extreme pain and keeping him out of the pool. We rented beach chairs for the week but were only able to use them two days. Traffic was terrible and there were no sidewalks for walking. We actually left two days early. Very nice property, but through no fault of anyone, the week was pretty misearble.

Spring Break

Pros: location is awesome! You are able to walk to many places including Walmart, grocery, Starbucks. Sits directly on the beach. Size of condo is huge. We were in 2 other condos in this complex, and ours was huge in comparison. Views are amazing! Wrap around porch is awesome! Kitchen is very nice. Couches and beds are very comfortable. Security staff is very helpful and friendly. Everyone was accommodating. Cons: Biggest complaint is hot water. We are a family of 4. After one person showered, everyone else took at least a partially cold shower. We had to plan showers accordingly. After a day at the beach though, we all needed a shower around the same time. This was difficult. Needs a whole new paint job (this doesn’t affect the stay…just the aesthetic). The drain in the master shower is slow to drain. Lights were difficult to work. We never figured out how to work the overhead light in dining room. Ice machine on refrigerator didn’t work. There is a freestanding ice machine that is good for coolers and such. Didn’t want to use this for drinks though. Would be nice to have a few more towels and washcloths available as some may not be interested in doing laundry during their stay. Bath mats would be a nice as well. Overall, very happy with this condo. Ultimately, a few small changes would make a world of difference. This condo has lots of good things to offer!! We had a great stay here at Orange Beach! Thank you!

Pretty condo with nice ocean/pool view

We had 8 people and plenty of room! The check in process was not smooth though. Check in is late, 5pm. I was supposed to get a text or email letting me know the code to open the door saying the condo was ready. Arrived shortly before 5 and had trouble finding where to check in. Sign on door said Monday-Friday and we arrived on Saturday. Frustrating! Finally found someone to help us and the condo was ready. Only issues once we got inside was only one set of sheets for use on the sofa sleeper and 2 fold away cots and the instructions said to load dishwasher and start upon leaving but there was no detergent to use. Otherwise we did love the size, location, pools and decor of the place. We would return again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was 1st class it was super clean the beds are brand new and super comfortable the couch was amazing the appliances were great the view was wonderful! From the moment that we pulled into the complex the guard at the gate was funny and accommodating. The property manager Chad called to check on us. When I called him back he was very responsive we just had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone the guy named Booth (or Boot) that was on the beach that did the beach chairs was just very accommodating and wonderful. I just can't believe what a great place it was and we can't wait to come back.
