We booked this unit for a last minute trip and feel like we got the jackpot! The first floor offered beautiful ocean views, easy beach and pool access and made parking a breeze. The condo was very clean and is exactly as pictured. We will be back!

It’s all about the ground floor location!!! Walk out your patio door onto lush green grass, 10 steps and you are at one of the three pools & hot tub or beach access! This is our third time at this rental and we are always pleased with the cleanliness of the unit.

We had a fantastic time celebrating the 4th of July! This condo was absolutely perfect. Being on the ground floor made it incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Not having to wait for elevators was a huge bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We have stayed here twice and it’s been great for my family. It isn’t a huge space and TVs and beds need updating but the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot. I would recommend this unit.

Girls Trip

Awesome ground floor condo! We throughly enjoyed our stay!A couple of little things to be addressed:Kerig coffee maker needs to be replaced ( you have to hold the handle down the entire time the coffee is dripping or it stops).The shower liner needs to be replaced in the front bathroom (old liner is brown and mildewed).Also, a small lamp would be great to have in the twin bed room.

We make our reservations ahead of time so that we don't miss out on the unit that fits our vacation style. We have tried other resorts but they don't measure up to SEA CHASE.
