Welcome to Welk Manor, a scenic one-acre estate nestled along the Spokane River in Post Falls, Idaho, just a few miles by boat or car from the heart of Coeur d'Alene. This beautifully remodeled ranch-style home offers seven bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, making it the ideal setting for family vacations, reunions, and corporate retreats.

This thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps 14 guests, with a sleeper sofa available for two additional small guests.

The owner respects your privacy at all times and will not interfere with your stay. Reserved parking near the ownerâs residence may be made available upon request and at the ownerâs discretion.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the patio. Please step away from the home and properly dispose of all smoking materials.
2. No Pets:
We love animals, but to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our home, pets are not permitted on the property.
3. Be Respectful of Neighbors:
Welk Manor is located in a peaceful, residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings, and avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior.
4. Parking:
Ample parking is available in the driveway. Please do not park on the lawn or block access to the ownerâs residence. If you need additional parking, just reach outâweâre happy to help coordinate.
5. General Courtesy:
Please treat the home and property with care and leave it in the same condition you found it. If something breaks or needs attention, let us know right away so we can address it promptly. The jet skis are not for guest use
