With over 10 years of trusted hospitality, we've created a space for you to relax and recharge, whether you're here for business or leisure.



Living Area: Unwind with stunning city and pool views. The living area features comfy seating, a Smart TV, and unique urban lighting. The third sleeping area is a private alcove in this space, sectioned off with curtains for comfort and privacy.



Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. You'll find everything you need for meals or work, including:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Rest easy in two spacious bedrooms (one King, one Queen) with premium bedding, blackout shades, and ample storage. The two modern bathrooms include walk-in showers, fresh towels, a hair dryer, and essentials.

Complimentary Breakfast: Start your day with a free breakfast and coffee from our onsite restaurant, TalkinSpoon. This includes one breakfast item (Texas Toast Egg & Cheese Sandwich or 2 Breakfast Tacos) and one 12 oz coffee, available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.



Amenity Hours & Availability:

- Swimming Pool: Open daily 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Closed on Mondays for routine maintenance.

- Indoor Gym: Open 24/7, located on the 1st level.

- Game, Art & Music Rooms: Open Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Closed on weekends.

- Cinema Room: Open Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please bring your own DVDs.

- Access to the pool or gym may occasionally be paused for maintenance.



Check-In Process: You must complete a simple pre-check-in form to receive your smart lock codes and digital guide. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed before check-in and released within 3 days after checkout.



Valet Parking: Complimentary valet is for one standard-size vehicle only. It cannot accommodate Sprinter vans, large pickups, dually trucks, service vehicles, vehicles with lifts or oversized tires, motorcycles, or trikes. Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading.



Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional parking may be requested



Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM



Special Requests: Early check-in, late check-out, a Pack ’n Play, or an air mattress may be available upon request. A second air mattress is available for a fee of $35/night.



Property Note: The décor or furniture may differ slightly from the listing photos as we continuously update our spaces to improve the guest experience.
