Our inviting 2nd floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a beautifully maintained property that features fantastic ocean views, queen bed in master suite, twin bed and a full bed in the 2nd bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room ensuring a comfortable stay. Worth it!

The amenities are wonderful!! We really enjoyed the view and location gave us quick access to the stairs, elevator, pool and beach. The unit does need alittle TLC but offers plenty of space and storage. The washer and dryer were helpful however VERY LOUD. The kids and I would buy this place if my husband let me.

Very comfortable condo. Clean and comfortable. The other residents at the condo were super friendly. Great atmosphere. Owner was super sweet and responsive when I had after hours check in problems. I really appreciated that!!

This was our 4th stay at a place at the beach and the third year in a row in this specific unit. Great proximity to the beach and pool(s). We had everything we needed for our stay.

Owner is attentive, great for families

We had a great time. The pool/slide area is great for families. The owner was attentive to small issues and fixed immediately. The condo elevator is slow and I think the ac is broke in it. I dreaded it every time I had to get in because it was so hot and stuffy. The hallways had all the doors shut and there was no breeze flowing through the open space area. Our unit had a nice side view of the ocean and our parking area. No trailers allowed, which we did not know. Luckily one of our friends rented a house and we were able to park it there.

Great property, great location

Great place for relaxing at the beach! From owner to office staff to security, all were helpful, available and courteous. We didn’t use the pools, but the “extras” (pools, ball courts, mini golf, and playground) make this a great location for kids. Looking forward to returning with family!

Quick getaway

Family had a three day weekend we decided to spend it at the beach. The unit was fine for us, it sleeps 6 but it would be small if it was 6 adults. The view was great. The kitchen had everything we needed, but was tight—if you’re looking for a space where you can make big meals this is not the unit for you. What this unit was—it was comfortable and easy to relax. Quick walk out to the beach, close to the indoor and outdoor pool. Parking was easy (note we went in the off season). Quick drive to everything in Atlantic beach.

We had a great vacation at this property. It is very close to the beach & the pool. The property was clean & inviting. We have stayed at this property twice, and if we come back to Atlantic Beach we will stay here again.

Very nice condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glasses. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the ocean. Being close to the elevator was very helpful! We would recommend this condo.

Beautiful Beach Access Condo

We loved staying at the condo at Atlantic Beach! It was great for the whole family. There were six of us on this trip and the condo had plenty of room for us. The amenities are also fun for the family. You don’t need to bring any sports equipment. They have it all at the office. We loved the proximity to the beach, which was the best part.

Beautiful Location - Wonderful Host

Beautifully decorated, clean condo containing everything necessary for a family vacation at the beach. Ashley was a wonderful host, responding to all inquiries in a very timely manner. Nice Condo

The Place at The Beach resort was very nice, great beach front location and the condo had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Very family friendly. Quiet and not a lot of traffic. Condo had all the amenities you'll need for your stay. Parking could be improved (spots are narrow), but we always had a place to park.

Updated beachfront apartment

I really loved the modern renovations and classy decor at this property. Heads up: pay attention to what amenities are/are not included in the rental. I didn’t read it through carefully and assumed shampoo/conditioner and a blow dryer would be provided and they weren’t. I purchased a blow dryer and left it in the apartment for future guests. I did give this feedback to the host and suggested he offer these amenities, but not sure if that will happen or not. This was not a deal breaker at all because the other positives were great. Another part of our family stayed in another unit in the same property and their unit was not even half as nice as this one we stayed in! The communication with the host was wonderful and prompt. The AC went out half way through our stay and he worked hard to find a company to replace it the following morning on a busy holiday week! Oh, and the pool is awesome! Would stay here again. Thanks!
