Located close to Lookout Mountain and North Mountain, Moon Valley is the go-to location for hikers. With many great trails that are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. Moon Valley is located in the northern part of the city and lies within the boundaries of Camelback Mountain. The area was originally a ranch and later became a golf course. The Moon Valley Country Club was established in 1959 and is still operational today. There are several parks located in Moon Valley, including Camelback Mountain Park, Thunderbird Park, and Estrella Mountain Park. These parks offer hiking trails, picnic areas, playgrounds, and other amenities for residents to enjoy. Moon Valley is close to several shopping areas including Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall which is about 3 miles from Moon Valley or Desert Ridge Marketplace which is about 4 miles away.
đ Car Rental or Personal Vehicle â The home offers free garage and driveway parking, making it easy to explore Phoenix and nearby attractions by car.
đ Rideshare Services â Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area for quick and convenient transportation.

†Kid Friendly Home - We love families traveling together and kids are always welcome. You will love the bunk room - 6 bunk beds, a queen bed, vintage arcade games, and papasan chair! They will love camping out in this room! If you need a pack and play for your stay thereâs one at the house. Just bring your own pad or use a blanket on the bottom.
†The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
†Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†Please keep in mind that the guests donât have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and Iâm not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
