We designed our home w/ comfort & style in mind to make your vacation the best it can be! One-level living with 5 bedrooms/3 baths, including an attached Casita for guests who may want a little added privacy. We are located close to Lookout Mountain, which is great for a quick hike and only 5 mins to Lookout Mountain Golf Club. Additionally, we are 15 mins to Desert Ridge and 20 mins to Sky Harbor Airport. We are also across the street from Anytime Fitness, Serafina coffee shop, The Pie Hole, yoga studio, veterinary clinic, great restaurants and a convenient store/gas.

Looking for the ideal space for your family, multi-family or friends trip?! Look no further! We welcome you, upon entry, to "vacay mode" - enjoy a swing in our hanging egg chair next to our faux live wall. Our home sleeps up to 16 people (on actual beds, no pull-out couches) on brand new hybrid mattresses. The backyard is perfect for the kiddos and kids at heart! Enjoy our private heated pool, mural, yard games (Cornhole, Jenga, Twister Splash, Giant Connect Four), loungers, gas Blackstone BBQ, & help yourself to fresh lemons from the lemon tree. Escape the direct sun to our covered outdoor patio with dual ceiling fans, comfy sectional seating w/ gas firepit, & enjoy watching all the sports on the outdoor TV. To accommodate small children, we provide a pack 'n' play, high chair, step stool, potty training seat, changing pad, children's books, lots of board games and kids dishware. Bringing the dog? Our vacation home is dog friendly (with an added fee), & we provide dog bowls and a dog bed.

Attached Casita is one of the 5 bedrooms. The Casita has it's own exterior, private entrance and is not accessible from inside the main home. We've designed the Casita with comfort and style in mind for any potential guests who may want some added privacy. It has it's own full bath and kitchenette that includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (coffee, tea, creamer provided), & dishware.

We strive to make the guest experience as enjoyable as possible, so don't hesitate to ask if you need something.

**Please note that June–September is monsoon season in Arizona, and although the pool is cleaned weekly (Thursdays), high winds may leave some debris; you’re welcome to use the pool skimmer if needed and please allow the pool vacuum to continue running (do not disconnect/remove it).
***Please note that during extreme overnight low temperatures the pool heater may not maintain the intended warmth; heated pools typically range from 77–82°F (we aim for 83°F or higher), but the pool is not a hot tub.
*** No mid-week only stays
*** Please do not rearrange furniture/equipment (indoors or outdoors). If you must, you must return to original arrangement before check-out.
***Please notify host of any damage/breakage/leaks immediately & prior to checking out.
***While we do our best to remove any items left behind (such as novelty décor), an occasional item may be missed.
***Please dispose of all novelty décor/items before check-out or take items with you.

DETAILS TO NOTE:
By booking this home, all guests agree to all rules posted in this listing including the following House Rules:

1. Parties, receptions, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. This home is not meant to host loud, unruly parties, receptions or any similar crowded event. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10PM-7AM. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with children and any disruptions to the neighbors or neighborhood will not be tolerated.
Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property without refund, no exceptions.

2. Maximum of 16 guests in the home/on the property at any one time, including children & infants.

3. Do not remove the pool vacuum or tamper with pool equipment. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee of $150.

4. Dog Friendly Home - Up to 2 dogs are allowed on an approved basis. Must contact host prior to booking for pet approval and fee applies. No dogs allowed on furniture.

5. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on the premises, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.

6. We have security cameras located on the exterior of our home/property. The exterior security cameras are solely to secure our home while we're away. No cameras are inside the home. We have a noise monitor system setup outside the home to monitor decibel levels. Any tampering with the cameras/devices may result in immediate cancelation of your reservation. NO REFUND will be issued in this circumstance.

7. If we can accommodate a late check-out, a late check-out fee will apply, and will be equal to half the nightly rate.

8. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am.

9. No pool boy party or exotic dancer services allowed.

10. No Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, marijuana, and illegal drugs, anywhere on the premises/property (inside or outside).

11. Please DO NOT jump on any furniture (beds, couches, etc.). Guests will be held financially responsible for any furniture that is damaged or broken during their stay.

Entire space is included in this rental with the exception of the owner's cleaning closets and cabinets. Please make yourself at home.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
