Whether you are looking to unwind after a day of exploring or to keep the kids entertained, our game room has something for everyone.

Located just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios, our villa is perfectly situated for your Orlando adventures. The Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are only 15 minutes away, while supermarkets like Walmart and Publix are within a 3-5 minute drive, making your stay convenient and stress-free.

-> Living and Dining:

Relax in the spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and a large TV with streaming services. The dining area seats six, with an additional cozy nook for four. The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals during your stay.

-> Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

-Master Bedroom: Overlooking the pool, it features a king-size bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

-Second Bedroom: Offers a queen-size bed and smart TV.

-Third Bedroom: Contains two queen beds and smart TV, ideal for kids or additional guests.

-A second bathroom, equipped with a bathtub/shower combo, is conveniently located for easy access from the secondary bedrooms.

- Free live TV channels and streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.) with your subscriptions.

-Game room: Two classic arcade games, a combo pool, foosball, air hockey table, and a full size ping pong table.

-> Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, rice maker, waffle maker, and a full set of cutlery and glasses including kids plates and bowls.

-> Laundry: Washing machine and tumble dryer available for guest use.

-> Outdoor: Step out to your private pool through patio doors and enjoy a refreshing dip. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, ensuring year-round comfort.

-> Provided Supplies: Pool towels, bath towels, face towels, wash cloths. Also initial supply of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner.

-> For the Little Ones: Pack & play and high chair provided for infants.

Safety and Compliance:

In accordance with Florida State law, smoking is not permitted in the living and sleeping areas of the villa.

Security Cameras: To ensure the safety of our guests and property, we have two exterior security cameras installed. One camera is located near the front door covering the entrance. The second is located over the garage to cover the driveway. Please note these cameras are only on the exterior, do not record any indoor spaces, and they do not record sound, ensuring your privacy is fully respected during your stay.

Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $40/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. The pool takes some time to warm and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival.
