Fantastic villa

Everything you think you need was supplied. On arrival there was water, sodas a tray of cakes and a salad in the fridge. There were crisps(potato chips) and cereals coffe and tea bags in the cupboard and even more bottles of water. The kitchen had everything you need including coffee machine with coffee pods and chocolate pods supplied.Bedrooms were spacious clean and air con throughout the house. Lovely pool area although we didnt really get chance to use it. On the whole this was a perfect villa for us 4 adults and 2 children 13 and 11. I wouldnt hesitate ti recomend this to anyone.

Amazing villa

We had an amazing stay in this villa with a family of 6. Have been to Orlando many times and this is one of our favourite villas. Travelling from Scotland and being exhausted when we arrived to find water and plenty to keep us going until we rested was very much appreciated. The Villa is close to plenty shops and restaurants, only 20mins to Disney parks and 40 mindUniversal.

Perfect Location/Great House

We loved the house and everything it had to offer. Pool pump died 4 days before we left and was not fixed when we left (maintenance was working on the problem)

Great house and pool. Only issues were lack of grab bars in master shower combined with very slippert floor! Also no railing for entering and getting out of pool. Other than that, very comfortable house for group of 8. Wonderful master bed! Location is terrific.

Beautiful home with pool

This home was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it almost every day. The house is in a gated community which was really quiet. There were also some lovely treats for us upon arrival.

Outstanding Home

This property is a definite 10!!! Well stocked, fabulous kitchen, beautiful pool, very clean, great location, very attentive host, all the amenities you could ask for. The host keeps the home updated with quality products for your stay. We stay for a month every year and this home never disappoints. We recently stayed at this incredible Vrbo property, and our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The home was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every room, from the plush bedding and modern appliances to the cozy living areas and stylish decor. The kitchen was a dream – fully equipped with high-end cookware, top-tier appliances, and plenty of counter space. We cooked several meals during our stay, and it felt like we were in our own home. The open-concept living and dining areas were perfect for socializing and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The outdoor patio with a heated pool, complete with a barbecue flat grill, pizza oven and seating, was an added bonus, and we enjoyed several evenings dining al fresco. Good, but could be better

Pros: - Easy check-in process - Spacious - Has all necessary amenities, including some you wouldn’t think of - The welcome treats (pie, muffins, water, chips) were a wonderful touch - Large TVs in every room Cons: - The power source for the couch doesn’t work, so none of the seats recline (property manager stated they were in the process of getting that fixed) - Found a dead, squished frog under the bath mat in the master bathroom - No TV outside, despite showing one in the listing pictures - The floor was very dirty and didn’t appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival - The pool was dirty and required daily cleaning (maybe the filter wasn’t working properly?) - Found several dead bugs behind the blinds in the master bedroom - Found a few large cobwebs hanging from the ceiling - Fecal matter found on the side of the toilet tank

Beautiful Home

Had some issues with communication both with the homeowners and manager about my booking early on. It honestly could have been handled much better. But the hime itself was awesome. Inspite of the issues experienced early into the booking i would come back here. The home is awesome, location is great, And is very well maintained. and it's just very well maintained

Amazing

The house is exactly like the other people described it - so well cleaned and spacious. The area is so nice and friendly, it was all very welcoming. But what caught as the most, were the welcoming things they left for us for our arrival, like water, coke, cupcakes (never had so delicious ones in my life) and some fruits. We have rented before and we never had a so overly good equipped kitchen like this - almost better then in some homes at home. Every communication with the owner was easy and he responded so quick. This host is amazing and so is his house. We could not have rented a better house and we sure will rent there again.
