This rental has a perfect location and was spotless with anything we needed available. The restaurant next door is amazing and they even have a little coffee and pastry counter for morning. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace, too.

Fabulous location and views. Nicely furnished. Very good communication with host. We were two couples traveling together for art exhibitions and theater. It was great to have the space to hang out together when not out and about. Last trip, each couple had a hotel room and the cost of those 2 cramped Marriott rooms was more than this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

The apartment was exactly as advertised - very spacious and incredible views. Great beds, everything we needed in kitchen and baths and very easy access. The location was perfect. We walked almost everywhere…Lincoln Center, the High Line, Chelsea, Grand Central, Central Park. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a family of four. The location is ideal for all things Times Square and Theater District. Also very close to the subway and so easy access to all of Manhattan. The property itself is pretty amazing, the views and the balconies and being able to see clear across to both rivers was wonderful. We stayed in for breakfast and coffee each day and the kitchen was well stocked and, with grocery stores close by, this saved us some money and made life better. The host was responsive and kind, and made us feel right at home.

The penthouse was very clean, modern, roomy and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, with an amazing view of New York City and easy access to theaters, Times Square, and nearby subways. The bathrooms were updated, modern, and worked very well. Barron met us at the building and ensured we had all the information we needed for our stay - greatly appreciated! We would definitely consider renting again on a return visit.

The view was perfect. The host was extremely accommodating and this is one of the best days we've ever had in New york. The house was incredibly clean and it was a great place to get work done with a lot of space. Spent 5 nights with my daughter and a friend. The apartment is amazing and has everything you need. Having 2 balconies with great views was an extra treat in this area. 1 block to Times Square and 1 block the other direction to Hell's Kitchen and great restaurants. Very convenient to the subway lines which then gets you to most places within 10-20 minutes. Highly recommend this well-stocked apartment over hotels. The host was great - very responsive and accommodating.
