Beware...many first floor beachfronts in Ocean City sit at ground level so the dunes block the ocean view but not this one! Two Sliding glass doors lead to the ocean view deck and you can hear the ocean waves constantly hitting the beach even from inside the unit! Private parking for 4-5 cars under the car port. Ocean City is a dry town...no bars...which keeps Ocean City a great family resort. Only drive 15 minutes either direction to another town for nightclubs and bars. 25 Minute drive to Atlantic City.
For partial weeks there is a max of 6 people plus $40 for each extra person per night.
