The property was perfect for our group, clean and everything we needed was on hand. The location was directly opposite ‘The Big Chill’ so great for coffee, food drinks and entertainment for all age groups. Easy access to the pool and beach.

Beautiful, spacious home that accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. Directly across the street from The Big Chill, which our teens loved. Being able to bring dogs is a huge plus. Great communication, perfect vacation. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

The golf cart could use a little help but the house is beautiful and in a great location. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely come back.

Highly recommend this stay to anyone who enjoys the night life (going to the Big Chill) along with going to the beach. House was clean, organized and very accommodating to our party. Only thing to recommend would be to have a welcome aboard folder. Other than that, management was fast to respond to issues we had during our stay.

Easy to communicate; great location; house was very spacious with a ton of items included. Golf cart is a bit older and battery died quickly, but still worked sufficiently for our needs.

We had an amazing stay at this property with a group of 14, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The layout of the home is fantastic. There is a h kitchen, living, and dining area that made it easy for everyone to gather, relax, and spend time together without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we’ve ever seen in a rental. It had everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans to a crockpot, mixer, shrimp boil pot, and tons of Tupperware, perfect for a large group that enjoys cooking. The outdoor setup was just as great. The grill was a big plus, and we really appreciated the abundance of towels available for the pool. The pool is right across the street, very nice, heated, and a great spot to hang out. The home itself was very comfortable, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches like plenty of hand soap, dish soap, and starter supplies for laundry and dishes. We loved the golf cart. It made trips down to the beach at Deer Lake State Park so easy and fun. The beach access there is incredible: peaceful, not crowded, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. The location couldn’t be better. Being directly across from The Big Chill was such a bonus, steps away from food, drinks, and entertainment. The only minor downside is that the house sits right off 30A, so there is some traffic noise when sitting outside. That said, it didn’t bother us much and definitely didn’t take away. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

My main complaint which is a big for me is the poor communication with the host once we arrived. Before booking and before we arrived the communication was great. On day of check-in we could not check-in early and we understand however the home was not ready at the 4pm check in time. The cleaner was still in the home after 4pm. Once we did check in I had some basic but important questions, and was alarmed with their response. At 4:30 on Friday after being in the home 15 minutes I have a few questions and got the “we apologize our team is unavailable please reach out during normal business hours” I was asking about the door not locking on a Friday 30 minutes after THEIR check-in time. The bad communication lack of caring continued throughout our stay. As you could imagine when staying in someones home for a week you would probably have questions arise. Being able to get to the host quickly and have effective communication is paramount. I felt as though there were younger immature employees of this “Coastline Collections Team” especially because I found most of their communication as rude and dismissive of my questions. For example, first the back patio door was not locking. The door handle is faulty because its loose and needs to be finagled to lock it. It was our first 15 minutes in the home and I obviously didn’t know that, but the response I got was “its a hurricane door, and people don’t know how to work hurricane doors”. We understand that timely communication is an important part of any stay, especially when questions come up shortly after arrival. Our text-based support is monitored during normal business hours, and questions after-hours can be handled through our 24-hour phone support line. Regarding the patio door, hurricane-rated doors can operate differently than standard doors and may require a specific handle position to latch properly. Because these doors are not commonly found in every home, we do include an explanation in the travel and arrival guide to help guests feel prepared and set up for success before arrival. We review all guest correspondence and maintenance concerns carefully, and feedback like this helps us continue improving both the property experience and the clarity of our guest communication.
