A clean and conveniently located home

The owner was prompt in replying to any questions we had prior to our visit. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our little getaway to beautiful San Diego. It was very easy to find and had all the amenities we could possibly want nearby. We would definitely stay again if we take another vacation to that area.

One of The Best!! Very nice home in a great neighbourhood. Clean, well equipped and well located.

This place was absolutely great. Three nice bedrooms, lots of space In the living room and very clean. Close to the I5, good shopping for all the essentials within a couple of blocks. Very accommodating as we inquired if the house had a blender which Bill responded no very quickly but he went out and bought one!! Thanks, we were able to enjoy smoothies for our breakfasts. Access to some nice trails to walk on just a few houses away. Very quiet neighbourhood with a view from the back patio as well. When we go back to SAN Diego we will be staying here again. Have stayed in a lot of home rentals, this was definitely one of the best!!

Newly Renovated Home In a Safe Neighborhood, but No A/C

I believe we were the first people to stay in this home. We are San Diego locals staying here while our home was being fumigated. It worked great for our needs and we chose the home because we knew it was a safe and nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. nearby. The house was nicely renovated and had all new appliances and furniture. It was clean and had many of the basics (although I've already suggested they add some more basics like laundry detergent, Kleenex, salt & pepper, etc.). Our only main issue was that we wished the house had air conditioning. We had a mid-October heat wave and it made the home a little too warm for our liking. We had to sleep with the sliding glass door in the Master Bedroom open (with the screen door closed) to be comfortable. Our kids were in the two smaller bedrooms and they slept fine though with their windows closed. So we feel that we have to mention the lack of A/C for those of you coming during the hotter months (July - early Oct.). Maybe they will add ceiling fans or standing fans to the bedrooms to help with the possible heat.

First of all, we really appreciate Susan's time of writing many detailed suggestions/feedback to help us to improve our service. We have already taken your suggestions/feedback seriously and we strive to meet and exceed our guests' expectation. As a matter of fact, everything has been taken care of except the AC as it is getting to the fall/winter of 2017 and most installers will not come out until next spring. We will have it installed before next summer or at lease have standing fans for every room. By the way, for those reading the review who do not know San Diego very well, we are located close to the ocean, even in the hot summer days, it is not that hot comparing to other parts of the county. You can find out the average summer temperature of Del Mar, California from the website. The property is just about 3 miles away from the ocean/Del Mar beach. As of the spring of 2018, a brand new A/C (a complete high end Lonnex HVAC system) has been installed to provide our guests with more comfortable stay and better experience. Thank you, Susan, for all of your suggestions and advice. Our ultimate goal is meet and exceed our guests' expectations with a best prices we could possibly can.

Beautiful property and wonderful location!

The property and location are wonderful! Very nice area close to groceries, restaurants, and the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the San Diego area. The property owner is very attentive and quickly responds to any questions you may have. I cannot think of anything else that could make this property any nicer. Will definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back this way. Thanks Bill for being part of a wonderful vacation!

Fantastic home near everything a family would want to do on vacation.

Our experience at this home was awesome. The house is clean, comfortable and near everything in San Diego. From the minute we booked this house we were treated as royalty and any and all questions we had were answered immediately. If you are looking for a very nice, clean and comfortable home to take your family to San Diego you can not do any better than this house in Del Mar. If we ever get back to San Diego we will definitely stay in this house, we won’t even look at other options.

The only I will probably enjoy better be the early check out at 10:00am is super early and was very hard after a wedding but all the Rest was amazing.

Since the vacation property is in high demand, the next group of guests after you needed to check in on the afternoon of the same day as you checked out and we have to thoroughly clean up the place after you checked out, which needs about 5 hours. We strive to provide as much clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay to our guests as possible. Whenever it is possible, we will accommodate the early check-in and late check-out requests.

Quite,well located and comfortable.

Nice place, proximity to hike trails was a plus, no complaints. Minor improvements are need a door stop at master bedroom door, so not to break large mirror closet door. Inexpensive soundbar for TV would be nice. Thank You, had a pleasant stay.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for us!! It was sparkling clean. It had three rooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen closes off if you need to be quiet for the late sleepers. The appliances are all new and work well. If you want to cook and need any small appliances bring them. The balcony is small but over looks Some hill tops in the distance.The TV has Netflix. There is a nice walking trail near by. It is a great location.

Great Experience!

The home was immaculate. It appears to have been freshly remodeled. Family enjoyed staying - it was just like coming home (except much cleaner, LOL!). Great communication from management with clear instructions on site. Short distance to conveniences (Ralphs, McDonald's, Einstein Bagel, etc.). There is a walking trail nearby and Torrey Pines is just minutes away. Would definitely stay there again if we are going to the area.

Great get away property

This house is very well-maintained and stocked with everything you need. Looks like it was recently re-done with new kitchen equipment, very comfortable and cozy master bedroom and bed, 2 full baths with comfy towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Very quiet neighborhood yet in walking distance of a lovely park and walking/hiking areas and shopping area. The owner/manager is very responsive and we were very happy with our overall experience there. I highly recommend it.

Great location! Very comfortable!

This home sleeps 6 comfortably. Recently remodeled with all new appliances and furniture. Perfect for our family getaway. Manager is very attentive. Will be back in the future.
