Sweet 101 est un bungalow privé lumineux et propre en ville. Avec une cuisine complète et une table à manger, les clients peuvent cuisiner et visiter en toute simplicité. TV et WiFi fournis. Les serviettes et les articles de toilette sont prêts à l'arrivée. Café et gâteries offerts par nos marchands locaux du centre-ville. Le Bungalow est à distance de marche du centre-ville de Grass Valley et du parc des expositions du comté de Nevada. Nous sommes également situés à quelques pas d'un grand parc de la ville qui offre une belle aire de jeux, des terrains de baseball, un skate park, des sentiers de marche / vélo et un parcours de golf sur disque. Sweet 101 est un séjour en ville qui ne vous décevra pas. Stationnement sur et hors rue. Le bungalow peut accueillir deux personnes mais pourrait accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes.

Charming

This rental was absolutely charming, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and house is situated in a lovely neighborhood to walk around in. It is exactly as pictures depict and stores and other community resources are nearby. Would recommend.

Sweet Cottage

Very cute cozy cottage with a nice kitchen. Really great comfortable bed. New heaters in rooms. Quiet area. Nice hosts who meet me. You will be happy you stayed here.

Cozy Cottage

Clean, comfortable! Very attractive. Comfortable couch andceasy chair with big tv with hundreds of watching choices including Amazon Prime and others Great bed! Lovely spacious, fully equipped kitchen(freezer ok but needed defrosting but not important for us).An amazing cuisinart coffee maker and good supply of delicious, ground coffee. Fluffy robes hanging in a large BR closet. A cute deck off kitchen with a bistro set with view of the yard and owner's pool. Very tiny suggestions:front left burner doesn't ignite. Bathroom could use towel bar and hand towel ring. Next time I come to Grass Valley I hope this gracious cottage is available. I'm so impressed by the privacy and beautifully decorated spaces filled with many amenities too numerous to mention.

Beautiful home, quiet location

This property was lovely. Tastefully decorated, well stocked, quiet location with 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops. The owners were very responsive with a few questions we had. I would highly recommend this home. Will definitely stay again! Thank you to Matthew and Haven

The property was comfortable, well kept, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was charming and much more comfortable and spacious than any hotel room would have been. It was centrally located to many local attractions.

Even cuter in person! Extremely clean, comfortable bed, good location and quiet. Walkable to downtown Historic Grass Valley. This will be my go-to place when I visit Grass Valley

Cozy cottage, but...

Very comfortable cottage in a great location, but the heat controls and supply a bit lacking. Primary cause was a 1 inch space at the bottom of the front door which created quite the draft. The hosts were very responsive to the problem and hopefully will solve the issue in the near future.

Sweet, Sweet 101

Charming, clean, cozy, comfy with all the conveniences you need. Haven and Mathew have done a good job making this your home from home. Decorated nicely with a touch of whimsical art and eclectic pieces. The retro kitchen is big and well appointed. We had a little problem with TV streaming but Haven was on the phone with Xfinity right away. We will be happy to got back.

Cute bungalow!

We stayed here to visit family for the weekend who lived a couple streets over. We enjoyed our stay in the cute bungalow / suite. Neighborhood was quiet, bed was comfortable! I saw the review previously about the AC. We did have trouble starting it up but once we read the directions in the binder provided for the stay it worked great. Bathroom sink was slow to drain but other than that our stay was amazing. We were mostly with family the whole weekend, basically only in suite to sleep so we didn’t test out the TV so can’t speak to that. We would definitely stay here again since it is so close to our family’s home and was cute and comfortable!

Family visit

House was comfortable and clean Despite not allowing pets, my husband who has allergies to pet dander had a significant reaction within 1/2 hour of arriving so probably not a good fit for allergic folks. AC never really got cool. Maybe we weren’t using properly. Parking on the street. Didn’t have any problem.

Great Location

I was not traveling for vacationing - mostly for business and to visit family in the area. It was a great location for me being centrally located in town. Although I put 4 stars for accuracy of listing, this was not meant to be negative in any way. Actually, the kitchen was much cuter with teal appliances - refrigerator, microwave, & stove/oven (faux 50's style). A bit chilly. Not sure if the heating units weren't made for the size or I was just not adjusting the temp properly, but the owner is nearby and would have helped out with the set-up, if asked. I just wasn't around enough to take the time, so that's on me.
