Adorable studio de 350 pc avec lit queen, TV satellite, Internet, toute nouvelle kitchenette entièrement équipée avec vaisselle et services publics, nouvelle salle de bain avec douche, chauffage et air renversé. Un bloc de la rue principale, marchez jusqu'à tout. Un pâté de maisons du Centre for the Arts. Adorable petit espace en plein cœur du centre-ville de Grass Valley. À distance de marche de tout le centre-ville. 1 pâté de maisons du Centre des Arts. Espace studio de 350 pc avec lit queen, cuisinette et salle de bain, petite table, chaise, tabouret et TV. Un super refuge.

Nous avons une laveuse et sécheuse communautaire, Internet, TV satellite. C'est confortable et mignon.

Great location to downtown, very clean, safe neighborhood, easy communiction with host. Would have loved an outside space for relaxing and we struggled a bit with locking the door, but we would definitely stay here again.

2nd time and there will be 3rd and 4th

Clean, perfect size for me, just a block from downtown restaurants, shops...it was so nice to come back this year as I stepped in I said to myself: I'm home :-) Love having the laundry didn't need to pack as much as I would for a full week, did a load 1/2 way through the week. Thanks!!!!

The perfect place for a quiet stay in Grass Valley. Very clean and comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. Great downtown location and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, Backyard space is clean and tidy. We loved walking around the neighborhood - everyone is so friendly! The host Trish checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely stay here again!!

Cute, Convenient, Cozy!My two little dogs and I stayed 4 nights at Trish’s love shack. We’ll be back! It was modern yet warm in decor, downtown, had nice kitchen facilities, a gorgeous shower, and comfy bed. The TV reception wasn’t great but that wasn’t a big deal; I was happy to have the free prime streaming. Trish is a peach! Highly recommend!!!

Love the Love Shack

The Love Shack is a wonderful place for a solo traveler. It is clean and comfortable with a cozy home away from home feel. I am temporarily without a vehicle, so I found its location to be perfect. I am just two to three blocks from restaurants and shopping in some very unique and interesting businesses. Trish has truly been super making sure everything is going smoothly. She even offered to give me a ride if needed! I highly recommend the Love Shack.

Loved The Love Suite

Clean and cozy. Modern, yet rustic. Well appointed, with modern fixtures. Excellent bed - we slept like babies. Solid WiFi. Safe and secluded, yet steps from the shopping/dining district. Private parking. Everything worked. Perfect for two adults. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay

Easy off street parking, super clean, extra amenities not expected (coffee, laundry detergent), walk to restaurants, owner checked in to make sure all was good right after I got there. I've found my place to stay each time in Grass Valley :-)

Ideal Location, Amentities, and Communication

I recently stayed at this location for 4 nights, bringing along my well-behaved adult cat. This was absolutely perfect for our needs! The description is 100% accurate, the location is spectacular, and the communication w/ Trish was consistent and timely. The unit is extremely clean and adorable, w/ modern appliances and overall feel. The unit it well-stocked supplies, including quality cooking tools (i.e., pots/pans)! Truthfully, I already miss the shower! Ha It comes with an off-street parking space, which makes things super convenient. Past renters have voiced issues w/ noise from above level (i.e., hear them walking/talking). Perhaps I got lucky, but the noise was extremely minimal and did not cause any issues. Ultimately, I give me vote of confidence for this unit and management! Would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Amazing!

The Love property was perfect for my stay. Close to shops and dining as well. Trish was accessible when needed and the property was just as the listing said it would be. No complaints at all! Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay there again in the future.

Great Spot in a Great Location

Loved staying in the little love nest right in the middle of Grass Valley. Great access to town, easy parking, easy to use facilities, wonderful warm landlord. Recommend it to anyone in need of easy accomodation

Comfortable and Handy

This is a great place if you want to be close to the action, yet private and quiet. We were 2 blocks from downtown Grass Valley (if that) and yet our outdoor space was private and quiet. The indoor space is perfect for two. It has a very comfortable bed, great TV and AC. Just enough kitchen space to cook some simple meals and a huge bathroom. We loved it and will be back!

Very relaxing

We stayed for a week. The property is right downtown. The host gave great communication. We appreciated how well stocked the place was with towels and coffee. I have brain damage and like quiet it was very peaceful even though it’s a downstairs unit. Thanks it’s a gem!

This was our second stay at the Love Shack and it remains our numer 1 choice for convenient walks to downtown, comfort and the extra touches offered with the studio suite!

I will start by saying I will be going back. Great place for a couple to get away. Very private and walking distance to all Nevada City has to offer, dining, shopping, ect. If you think the picture are great (as I did) wait till you see this cute little place in person!

Great Stay

The best location to walk everywhere in downtown Grass Valley. The apartment is wonderfully decorated / modern / great decor. Easy parking and very accommodating host! Perfect for 1/2 people that are looking for an alternative to hotel room with extras + great price point!!

5 day visit to see children/grandchild and relax in Grass Valley.

This is a 3 unit building, right in the heart of Downtown Grass Valley. You can walk everywhere. Inside completely new and renovated. This unit is in the back on the 1st floor.
