While the home offers beautiful lake views, please note there is no direct access to the lake.
Access to the lake is strictly prohibited. Guests should not attempt to enter or approach the water. The lake is for viewing purposes only, and we are not liable for any injuries resulting from unauthorized lake access.

About This Property
- Single-family home; newly remodeled with lake views.
- Hot tub available as an add-on: $100 (<3 nights) or $150 (≥3 nights); waived for bookings over $2,000. Please request 24+ hours before arrival.
- Fenced backyard with patio furniture and grill.
- Central HVAC system.
- Washer & dryer available
- Driveway fits 4–6 vehicles; street parking available.
- Garage is converted to a game room.
- For safety, there is no lake access; viewing only.

Grill: The grill is available for a $100 fee to help cover cleaning and propane cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use the grill, so we can ensure it is ready for your enjoyment.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is available for a fee. For stays of two nights or less, the fee is $100, and for stays longer than three nights, the fee is $150. This fee covers cleaning after use. For stays over $2000 the hot tub fee is waived. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use the hot tub, so we can ensure it is ready for your enjoyment.
