The Space:

Step into our completely remodeled, bright, and beautiful Palm Springs home, where desert tranquility meets mid-century modern hipness. Designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living, this single-level retreat is filled with vibrant, Palm Springs-themed artwork, creating an inviting and colorful atmosphere throughout the living and dining areas. With unobstructed, amazing views of the San Jacinto mountains, you’ll find pure relaxation around every corner.



The open-concept living and dining areas are perfect for gathering, featuring comfortable seating and a large 50-inch HDTV smart TV for cozy evenings. The bright decor enhances the desert-chic vibe, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploration.



Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, inviting guests to prepare their own meals with ease. It boasts top-of-the-line GE stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, gas stove, and oven, plus a dishwasher, microwave, mini-fridge, and freezer. You'll find all the cooking basics; pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, along with a wide array of dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, and blender. A trash compactor and comprehensive barbecue utensils (grill, charcoal, skewers) complete your culinary setup for both indoor and outdoor cooking. Enjoy meals indoors at the spacious dining table or al fresco in our dedicated outdoor dining area.



This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy:



Primary Bedroom: Features a King size bed with direct views of the pool. This room includes two double built-in closets for ample storage and a large smart mounted TV, perfect for unwinding. There is an en-suite bathroom.



Bedroom 2: Equipped with another Queen size bed, a mounted smart TV, and a selection of bookshelves and games. This room uniquely includes a very cool, semi-private dedicated workspace, making it ideal for those who need to catch up on work remotely. (Please note: there is no closet space in this room, but ample storage is available in the adjoining rooms).



Bedroom 3: Offers a comfortable Queen size bed, a mounted smart TV, and a built-in closet.



Our two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials for your comfort, including a bathtub, hair dryer, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water, and shower gel, ensuring a refreshing experience for all guests.



Step outside into your completely private and serene, fully fenced, park-like backyard – a true highlight of this home!
