Place was described accurately and host was helpful when we needed her for something. Beds were very comfortable, showers were very nice. Place being dog-friendly was very helpful to us.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday as well as my daughter's and mother in love's birthday (April birthdays). It was centrally located to all the activities we had planed. The property is as pictured. We had a issue with the air conditioning the first day and a half but it was quickly serviced. The floors are a little creaky especially upstairs. We enjoyed our over all stay and would stay here again!

Was here for a bachelorette with 12 others! We had a lovely stay! The house was perfect for our stay. The host communicated with us well. If we had any problems, they were easily resolved.Easy check in & out process!Would recommend staying here.

Host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Instructions were clear and check-in was seamless. Amenities are unique and it would be a fun place for a large family, especially during the warmer months with the outdoor projector and seating area. Would definitely stay again!

The host was great with communication. The home is beautiful. The home is in close proximity to a lot of the best Cincinnati has to offer. We loved the backyard space, with the hot tub and projector screen. Really enjoyed our time.

Great house! Plenty of room, inside and out. Clean with great outdoor amenities including a hot tub, projector screen and fire pit. Tons of unique games to play. This house was great for a weekend with friends. Would be excellent for family vacation as well.

A quick weekend girls trip to this beautiful rental! The house is huge and is made for gathering! All the moms kept saying it would also be a great house for kids! Close to everything, beautiful accomodations and the bag yard was a great space to lounge. Highly recommend!

Very clean house and great location! Even though there's no off-street parking it didn't seem to be an issue for our 2 cars. Beds we very comfortable, bathrooms were clean, kitchen well stocked and AC worked well. We didn't get a chance to use the back courtyard as it was so hot during our stay, but looked very nice and hot tub was clean. We'll hope to be back soon!

Communication prior to booking was great, received instructions in advance without needing to ask for door codes. Communication during reservation was very timely. We were in town to visit King Island with 3 families totaling 14 of us. We utilized every single bed and added a cot we brough with us (teens don't love sharing a bed).The 2nd floor is not well air conditioned; we tried to resolve this ourselves during our stay by turning the 1st floor to 63 degrees and ensuring the upstairs window units were on and doors remained opened. As for cleanliness, overall, the house was clean. However, our children found a used vape pen and a beer can in the 3rd floor bedroom closets, thankfully we had teens and just tossed it - this was our only 'big' issue. Owner was notified and mentioned checking in with her cleaners to do a better check going forward. I would 100% stay here again and work with Zoe, but I'd bring box fans to help circulate the air between 1st and 2nd floor as even on cool days 2 of the 3 2nd floor bedrooms were stuffy with very little air flow from the AC (the vent was cold, but there was no air flowing from the vent) and use of a ceiling fan only did not cool us well enough. If you don't require every single bed space to accommodate your group, like we did, you can choose your sleeping locations to the cooler rooms with ease.

This property has great bones and excellent potential, but the cleanliness needs major improvement.The layout and structure of the space are wonderful. However, it is in desperate need of a deep clean. When we arrived, one of the bedroom beds had crumbs all over the bedding, and most of the sheets and towels were heavily stained. The kitchen was the biggest issue—every cabinet was sticky, the drawers had gunk in them, and there were ants all over. While you can tell a surface-level cleaning was attempted, it truly needs a thorough deep cleaning and a brand-new set of linens and towels.
