Restful Farm Retreat

Rest and relax in our newly renovated 1880's farmhouse, with a spacious and open floor plan. Plenty of places to curl up and read a book or binge watch your current show. There is a small office with free WiFi should your visit be work related. We have a fully stocked Kitchen that has everything you need to cook a great meal. Don't feel like cooking? There are lots of great local restaurants close by to choose from. Conveniently located to Downtown Cincinnati, Kenwood, Hamilton, and Tri County. You will love the country feel with the convenience of the city.

Family Babymoon

Loved spending our Cinci getaway trip at the farm! Joe & Heather were super welcoming and showed us the baby goats, chickens, and farm. There were delicious fresh eggs and produce too. Would highly recommend this spot for young families!

Nice and quiet.

Was in town for a bowling tourney. Slept and lived comfortably, especially after bowling all day. Host provided fresh eggs for the weekend which was very thoughtful and delicious since we had to be up and out early everyday. Great place to get back to to unwind.

Clean and Cute

Great property. Clean. Host is quick with responses. Decorated beautifully for fall. It’s on a farm and you can buy fresh eggs for breakfast at their roadside stand. We loved it!

Clean getaway

About 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Only 8 minutes from grocery store and restaurants. The goats and chickens in the back yard were really cute. Super clean house and the house was plenty large for a family of 4 plus 2 dogs.

Fantastic and spotless home.

We rented this home for a ski trip to Perfect North ski area. The farm house pics and description is spot on. The house was spotless and very well equipped. The owners were very responsive and as very helpful. Next time we come to ski, we know where we are staying. Highly recommend for cleanliness.

Exceptionally Beautiful Home!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The owners did an amazing job of renovating this 100+ year old farm home and their communication was excellent! We also enjoyed visiting the chickens, ducks and baby goats on the working farm. The home is also centrally located to many area attractions (i.e. Creation Museum, US Airforce Musuem, Ark Encounter, etc). We would definitely stay here again and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone we know who may be traveling through that area. Thank you, again for everything!

Girls getaway

Love the location and this home has so much room. The couches are perfect for movie night, and the dining table is great for games. This is a newer VRBO and everything is pristine and all the appliances are brand new. Don’t bother bringing eggs or maple Syrup for your breakfast. Hen Farm has fresh for sale!! Communication is great and the description was exactly as pictured. We loved our trip.

Perfect!!!

Perfect balance of modern and old farmhouse. I wish I had more time to appreciate all the character and charm. My family (husband, & 2 teenage daughters) were in town for my nieces wedding, and this place was a gold mine. Both teenagers loved it!! That's saying a lot. They had plenty of room to themselves when we were there. By far, one of the best houses we have stayed at. Perfect location for all activities in the tri-state area. Perfect for having all of our family members over to visit during down times. It's so spacious and cozy. Everyone felt at home, and even wished it was their home. Heather and Joe were the most gracious host's. They were so friendly and took the time to show us their farm. Joe took our one daughter into the goat pen to let her pet them and get a closer look...pretty sure that was the highlight of her visit. I don't think my parents would have visited as much if weren't for the produce stand out front. My dad said they had the best tomatoes around. I can't say enough about this place. Grocery stores are close to grab any supplies needed. FYI...McCoys has the best food EVER. It is a bar, so we didn't eat there with our kids, but even the take out was fantastic!! The Farmhouse is MUST STAY!!!

Cleanest property we have ever had the pleasure of staying. Looks to be recently renovated with really nice mix of new and antique furnishings and decor! Listing was spot on, it had a nice yard to walk the dogs. Chickens and goats were a treat to see! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a family gathering!!

We loved the house and the property. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the music and motorcycles from the nearby bar on Friday and Saturday nights. But we could still tune it out and sleep easily enough.

Cozy, well renovated little farmhouse. Was the perfect size for our family. Enough space to allow everyone to relax. Kitchen was perfect size and supplies. The TV had multiple apps to allow our little one to watch her favorite show. While the house is older, the air conditioning kept up with our needs. Highly recommend

Family vacation

The house was beautifully updated and had all listed amenities. We took our two year old and it worked out great for us. The farm on the grounds was a great source of entertainment for him. Owners were very responsive.

This is a beautiful place, we stayed here to see the Savannah Bananas. It's a short drive with easy access to downtown Cincinnati. In the future, if we are in the area this home will be our first choice.The host was quick to respond and the kids loved seeing the animals.Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Can’t wait to go back

We picked this place because of the charming pictures. This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. You could have eaten off of the floors! This place has such nice furnishings and is decorated well. You can watch the chickens from the back window and we loved talking to the owners! I had to call to ask a question and they answered very quickly. We will for sure be back!

Quaint house for soccer weekend syay

House was everything it advertises. Clean and quiet. Plenty of room. Only suggestion would be room darkening shades in down stairs bedroom. Street light and cars headlights passing by shine in. Would stay again.

Another restful vacation at the farm house!

This is our second year at the farm house and it was another great stay. We love seeing the chickens and other farm animals. We love that it is pet friendly. And the location is wonderful; close to everything!Heather was very prompt answering questions and concerns. Definitely will stay again!
