Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and 2 stall attached garage & driveway. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio, grill, community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-No breed restrictions

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.

• Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times for any reason. All guests must use the designated parking areas provided on the property. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. No exceptions will be made.

***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
