PLESE NOTE:
The garage, rear parking area, and owners' closets are reserved for owner use. Walking trails are not cleared during winter, but can be used for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.


DOG FRIENDLY
We love dogs and welcome up to 2 dogs with advance notice. A pet fee applies. We kindly ask guests to clean up after their pets and not leave dogs unattended unless kenneled.


SEASONAL NOTE
September and October bring beautiful fall colors and excellent fishing. As with most wooded areas near water, flies may occasionally be present during this time of year.


SECURITY
For safety and security, the property has four exterior cameras that monitor outdoor areas when the home is vacant.
