Profitez de l'un des plus grands plans d'étage disponibles avec cette maison nouvellement construite idéalement située à quelques minutes de Disney et d'autres attractions du parc. En outre, Tampa à l'ouest et les belles plages de la côte est et la célèbre côte de l'espace ne sont qu'à environ une heure de route.

Sans quitter le quartier, vous pourrez profiter du club-house de la communauté, d'une salle de jeux d'arcade gratuite, d'un parc aquatique, d'un bar et grill tiki et d'installations sportives.

Best Family Vacation Ever

The house is unbelievable. The photos do not do it justice. There were 14 people in the house but with the layout and how big it was we never felt crowded. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy Florida. Having 2 dining room tables and 2 tables to eat outside allowed the entire family to eat together. This allowed for loud and fun meals. Bedrooms were large with beautiful comfy beds, bathrooms were great and plentiful lol! Not only can you take in the pool and hot tub in the backyard, it was only a 5 minute walk to the lazy river, and pool complex. Communication with the owners were wonderful, from the moment we booked until our vacation was over. This was our first time renting a home for a vacation and having gathering places for everyone rather than just a hotel room was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to this wonderful home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great house for large groups!

First family vacation to Disney and this house was perfect for what we needed! The girls loved the pool and it’s an easy drive to all the Disney parks.

Golf trip with friends

This was the perfect house for 8 adults in a golf trip. Plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen with two fridges and a nice pool for relaxing at the end of the day with a BBQ. Great location. Everything worked and the place was nice and clean.

Very Comfortable and cozy

This was my first home rental and me and my family really enjoyed it. It was like a home away from home everything went smooth even the check in process of getting in the house. The response from the host where very fast never had to worry cause host always responded quickly overall it definitely was a 10 out of 10 we will be back very soon‼️☺️Thanks for a great stay👍🏾

Felt so much like home that we didnt want to leave

We really enjoyed our stay here. This property is more than spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool as well as the free arcade on the property just minutes away from the home. The only issues were lack of phone service in the area and the wifi being intermittent. The hot water isnt the hottest but was good enough for a shower.

There are not enough words to describe how Awesome this house is. We had 20 guest and was spacious enough for everyone to have their own little away time if needed. If ever in Florida with a large group I would defiantly rent this home again!!!

This home was perfect for our party of 19. 9 adults and 10 children.

Everyone in our party enjoyed the house and the amenities at the Clubhouse were awesome. This was a great vacation. We had one small problem with water pressure in one sink but that was taken care of by the property manager. All the theme parks were 30 minute or less drive away. Disney was much closer. Thanks Jim and Vickie for letting us enjoy your home. We will be back!

Beautiful Cozy New Home

From the moment we walked in was amazing. Walked into a clean and new smelling home. Every room has a television and Cable TV. The upstairs gameroom was awesome with pool table and foosball table. I personally stayed in the Master Bedroom Downstairs and the bed was very comfortable. When we arrived the pool was not being heated yet but once it was turned on we swam each day regardless of the tempature outside. We would stay here again without a doubt!!!

Not a perfect stay, but the owner was great

The house was great for accommodating our large group. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space overall for our group. It seemed clean at first but the floors and showers do need a good cleaning. The pool situation was incredibly disappointing. We paid to have the pool heated (mostly for the hot tub) but the heating element did not work. There was also a ton of sand in the pool the entire time we were there, our pool floats ended up with funky brown rings on them which makes me think that the water was not chlorinated properly, and the pool water level dropped significantly several times which left us refilling the pool on a near constant basis just to remain “in good standing” on our end of the reservation. While the pool was super disappointing, the host was very responsive and agreed to reimburse us for the amount we paid to heat the pool. There was also a double booking situation that left us in an awkward situation with other guests who arrived saying that they had reservations for the house, but again, the host was responsive and made that situation right for the both of us. The manager Ivan who comes to the property to check out any issues is not the kindest person to deal with. He was quite rude to us on multiple occasions. While it wasn’t a perfect stay, I did appreciate the hosts responsiveness and effort to make things right, however, I do not think we would choose this house again because the issues with the pool put a real dampener on our weekend.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 14 of us ages 78 to 7. The pool was crystal clear and inviting. Beautifully decorated and clean. Enjoyed the Club House and Community amenities. Not far from Kissimmee and Orlando main attractions. Several other rentals in the area and lots of cars in the street even though they weren't suppose to. (Not the owners responsibility just FYI) House was as promised and just as the floor plan on the website. Owner was prompt with all communication and items were addressed. Would definilty stay again.

Perfect Home for our Large Family Vacation

We were very happy with everything about the home and had a great vacation. We had 9 adults and 9 children, most of them small, so we really appreciated the layout and facilities with some nice extras like 2 very large fridges , strollers and foldaway playpens. The location was exactly as described and when we had questions they were quickly responded to. The house is very new , exceptionally clean and in a very convenient spot for visiting all the Disney parks. The community children's pool , Clubhouse and games facilities are very nice for relaxing between the busy theme park days. We wanted this to be a 'Wow' experience for our children and grandchildren and judging by their comments and smiles we know it was! We would recommend this property highly. Janet T. Canada

Family getaway

We had a great time while at Windsor. The house was big and it fit the our group of 17 comfortably. We paid extra for the pool heat and it was warm and never had any issues. Jim was quick to answer any questions and kept us in the loop with check in. The Xbox and tv upstairs didn’t work, but the property manager said they would look into it further for the future guests. That was the only complaint for the trip, so I consider that a win. Thanks for a great place to stay while spending time with our family!
