Tucked just outside of Boone and within a short drive of Appalachian State University, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more, this home makes a perfect basecamp for your High Country adventures.

Step inside to find warm wood floors, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, and a stunning stacked stone fireplace in the living room. Leather seating invites you to gather for movie nights or lazy mornings with coffee. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a wood-topped island with seating, stainless appliances, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Step out to the covered deck where you'll find a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and classic Adirondack chairs—perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and scenic views. Downstairs, the game room is ready for fun with a pool table, comfy seating, a mounted TV, Wii gaming console, and an electric fireplace.

The main floor Primary Suite features a California King bed with a TV and deck access.
A second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed and a TV. The loft futon also sleep an additional guest.
A third lower level bedroom includes a double bed with a twin trundle

Outside, enjoy a soak in the hot tub or evenings around the fire pit under the stars.

PLEASE NOTE : Access to the home includes a steep gravel driveway with a sharp turn, and the access road is narrow and can be rutted. All-wheel or four-wheel drive is required year-round. In snowy weather, tire-mounted snow chains are also necessary.
