Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for our large family. Very accommodating. Nice and clean. Close to Disney. Diego was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Property With Resort

My family and I had a great time here. The house was roomy enough for 10 people (includes 2 kids). It’s not really set up for super young kids, in my opinion. The house was pretty clean, especially considering the lowering of standards nowadays. Diego was very responsive to our requests. The only concerns that weren’t addressed immediately were the non-functioning dishwasher and the spigot to the water dispenser in the fridge, growing mold. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the dishwasher was not working, it required a lot of handwashing dishes, which is why I rated the property slightly lower. The pool area was excellent, with toys. It was well maintained and allowed us to use it whenever we wanted. The resort that is relatively inexpensive is really nice and a great thing to have so close by. The area is pretty nice, but it is farther from Orlando and you will have to drive at least 10 minutes or so to get to shopping or food. Overall, everyone was comfortable and we were able to spend time together without being cramped. The game room in the garage was a great addition.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed at Diego's property for 6 nights in March 2025. First I want to mention that whatever question I had, whenever I had it, Diego responded very quickly, this was great!The house itself was very clean, had everything we needed, we loved staying there and will consider it again when we travel with family. The proximity to shopping was good and the proximity to the parks was not bad, we seemed to hit the heavy traffic every morning, that is more a comment on traffic than the location of the house. Later in the evenings when returning from the parks we flew home on the highways.The gated community was excellent, we felt safe at all times. The community center with the pool etc was amazing and we enjoyed it quite a bit.Thank you Diego for a great stay and a great experience!

My family and friends enjoyed our time there. The home is clean and spacious. The pool and spa where a huge hit!! The property manager was outstanding and had everything ready for our arrival. We will certainly consider going back!

Highly Recommended Location and Owner

The house was exactly as advertised with no surprises. It was clean, tidy and had everything one would need to stay comfortably for the duration of the stay. The owner Diego was extremely helpful and easily reached which made our stay a pleasure with quick responses and he dealt with things within mins. Highly recommend the house and owner. We would 100% stay there again.

Orlando Reunion

We rented Diego's home in a gated community resort. This was an easy drive to Universal and the outlet mall for us as well as a perfect day trip to Clearwater Beach. The six bedrooms allowed the 10 of us to spread out and sleep peacefully. The home and resort amenities were entertaining for our teenagers as well.

Lovely Place

Very nice property close to all the attractions. Very well equipped and extremely comfortable beds, the mattresses must be a foot deep 😁 Living room both upstairs and downstairs which is good for multiple families (we all need that time apart). Diego is an excellent host, always there to answer any questions/queries from start to finish, would highly recommend him without a shadow of a doubt. He will be my 1st choice for a property in Orlando when I return in a few years!!

Girls get away

We had a wonderful time. We said many times how we couldn’t believe how quiet it was in the neighborhood but especially inside the house. We seemed to have everything we needed! A few mentioned the beds were not comfortable. Other than that, we appreciated how attentive Diego was, how clean and quiet the house was. We would go back!

AMAZING!!

We had a group of 8 that traveled to Florida from Wisconsin to celebrate my son's 5th birthday and we could not have chosen a better home for our vacation!! We spent most of our time sitting at the outdoor table around the pool because the ambiance makes you never want to leave. The layout of the house was perfect for my family, there was ample seating in all areas of the house to accommodate our whole group and more than enough bathrooms for everyone. The house was well stocked with all of the cooking items we needed and I was even surprised to find Tupperware to store some leftovers we had after a BBQ one night. The clubhouse and lazy river were an added bonus and all of the teens in our group loved it! Any questions I had were answered by Diego immediately and the staff at the Solterra clubhouse was also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be booking this vacation rental again in the future.

Excellent experience. Gorgeous home!

This house is awesome! Beautiful and spotless! Blown away by how spacious this 6 bedroom/5 bedroom house is throughout each floor, and our party of 10 had more than enough space to gather as well as not bump into each other. The pool / hot tub is Thein icing on the cake. I rented this home for a surprise 50th trip to see Disney at the holidays, and found this home to check all the boxes for space, luxury and location. Proximity to the parks is fairly close, but I was shocked by how dense the Orlando traffic can be throughout the day, and we live around the horrendous Philadelphia traffic. Travel time to parks is 25-30 mins. Highly recommend this house, and Diego, the owner, could not be easier and cooler to work with on this property. The rental process was my best experience to date. Excellent all around!

Great pool and location

I chose this property because of the pool. If I was basing my rating on that alone it would be 5 stars. Diego was awesome to work with, very prompt with his responses. The biggest reason I would not stay here again is because of the beds. They are horrible. Not sure what kind of mattress it is but similar to an air mattress that makes noise when you move on it. The beds are platform beds and when you lay on the mattress you sink down and feel the platform under it. Other things like the electrical box is hanging out of the wall in the master bathroom right above the counter and unusable. There’s a box in the laundry room also not attached to the wall and you can see all the cables for tv. The dryer sounds like a jet engine it needs to be replaced, the washer rocks and needs to be leveled. And you better wear shoes in the house if you don’t want black feet. Not sure when the last time the floors were actually cleaned. When we got here there was mud on the floors and something splattered all over the kitchen cabinets which I cleaned. Also daily trash removal is your responsibility and they only provide you with one extra trash bag per can. There is a cold air return upstairs and the vents are caked with dust and you can see a filter inside that not sitting inside properly. It looks like it was bent and shoved to the side. There’s definitely room for improvement.

Fantastic home

What a wonderful home, very well appointed! Lots of room for our gang of 8! 6 bedrooms and 5 baths! We had room to spare! This home has beautiful comfortable furniture and the 2 separate living rooms were appreciated by both the adults and children! The themed bedrooms were perfect for our 4 children ages 2 through 10! The boys enjoyed the game room and our 2 year old loved the basketball game! The pool area was fabulous, we were in the pool and spa several times daily! We ate most of our meals there…the kitchen was very well appointed and the large dining table allowed us to eat together! Our host Diego was very welcoming and easily reached! He responded to our inquiries immediately! The instructions for registration and entry to the home were easy to follow! Our stay here was absolutely perfect and was enjoyed by the whole family!

A Must Stay!

Beautiful home that will accommodate a large group for sleeping and entertaining. Lots of bedroom options and plenty of bathrooms to make every guest feel comfortable. The large open kitchen/dining/living room space was perfect! Having a pool and garage w/ games kept the kids (and adults) entertained! Host (Diego) was an A from start to finish!! Thank you!! YES, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would book again!!

Amazing Experience

This house is so beautiful and elegant. Very clean and up to date. Host Diego was so friendly and kept in touch before, during and even after our stay. House was surprisingly very close to Solterra clubhouse. Definitely recommend this stay!

2020 spring break

The house is amazing in size! The pool and hot tub heat work well. I liked we had a large table all of us could sit down at. The kitchen and open living space were great to congregate in. I didn’t realize the bedroom in main level bathroom was outside of the room vs in it. As in upper level I thought there were 3 rooms with bathrooms in them ( 2 did 1 right outside of room). Owner got the gas tank filled in the grill very quickly when contacted. Owner was great to work with. The house was beautiful!
