Gorgeous pool and waterfall,backyard is an entertainers dream.Well stocked kitchen and bbq area. Big garage for large boat parking. Hawaiian decor and wine room were well thought out and interesting.

Perfect house for a wonderful vacation!

This property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor kitchen were enjoyed every day and the sunsets are spectacular. The house is very welcoming, well stocked, beautifully decorated and has very comfy beds. The owner was great, very quick to answer a couple of questions. Thanks Hugh! We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time in lovely Lake Havasu.

Hot time

The house was beautiful and Hugh was very responsive to our inquiries. The pool wasn't heated and didn't warm up until later in our stay. Would recommend this home to others.

Beautiful property - a virtual tropical oasis.

First time in Lake Havasu for Christmas week. Weather was pleasant, dry and sunny. This property was one of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve rented. The location was close to restaurants and activities yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The updated decor was warm and inviting and very comfortable. We relaxed by the waterfall pool enjoying morning sun and evening sunsets. Would love to return in the spring or fall when the weather is a little warmer to enjoy time on the water and in the pool.

This home is magnificent! It’s private, quiet, well appointed, and close to everything a person might need or want. If given the chance, we would definitely visit again. Though we weren’t able to get in the beautiful pool, as the weather wasn’t conducive, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio, taking in the views of the waterfall pool, the lake, and the Arizona sunset. Thanks Hugh for a memorable week!

Great house with unbeatable pool landscape

No need to go outside except for some shopping - the house offers anything you need inside as well as outside. Highlight is the secluded pool landscape with waterfalls and a great pool bar with sound system and party lighting. Many seating opportunities to stay in the shade or stargazing at night. The outdoor kitchen is the best one I‘ve ever had in a rental location. Inside interiour is tremendous and you can see in many details that it had been equipped for own use - much more than usual. And the most spacious garage I have ever seen...

Havasu retreat

Very nice home. I wasn't aware that the pool was not heated so i wish that would have been communicated being as we were there in the off season. Also the hot tub was smaller than anticipated. Maybe some better pictures showing the size would be nice. We had one minor issue that the owner was able to get resolved very quickly. Thanks Hugh! All in all a very nice and comfortable home.

A beautiful house with modern appliances but the outdoor area is awesome.

The house is located in a nice area on a corner with western facing covered patio with lake views. We spent most of our time in the outdoor area enjoying the pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit and outdoor grill as we ate our dinner on the patio and watched the sunsets over Lake Havasu. The house itself is very nice with modern appliances, WiFi, televisions, etc. We visited in March, so the pool water was a little cool but seemed to be getting warmer by the day. The house is about 5 minutes from a Smiths grocery store and the downtown area, and about 10 minutes from the London Bridge/Lake Havasu area. The bottom line, when we go back to Havasu, we want to stay here again.

Simply the best

This home is AMAZING. As mentioned in other reviews, the pictures here do not show the full magnificence of the house. There are so many amenities, I cannot list them all. My wife and I spent every morning and evening by the pool. We especially enjoyed the shallow end where we sat with our feet in the water. The waterfall was enchanting and there is a shelf behind it where we were able to sit enjoying it from the other side. The house was spotlessly clean, and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking utensils or pots you would need. Though we did not use the outdoor grill it was nice knowing it was available. This goes for the gas fire pit, the evening temps were in the high 90s, so we did not have a need to use the fire pit. Hugh, the owner, was very responsive in a timely manner with all my questions. One opportunity for improvement, for the TV, we understand the need to have basic cable. Though there was a printed guide from the cable company with the services, (difficult to understand) it would be better if there was a list of the available channels. All in all, one of the best value for the money we spent. Michael & Cindy P

Luxury Dream House with Gorgeous Waterfall Pool

We are "repeat" guests for this wonderful property. It is absolutely THEE BEST RENTAL EVER!!! The babbling brook waterfall to the pool is peaceful and relaxing and definitely a "show stopper". The only thing that I would change is to "update" the online description of the bedrooms. It says 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master and 2nd bedrooms are perfect. The "front room" with the wine rack/bar is just a "sitting room", and it DOES include the 3rd bathroom. BUT, Due to the current VRBO info, I thought that the owner had decided to put a queen size bed in the FRONT room of the main house for 2021. That way three couples could all stay in the house together. (six guests total) It appears that there is now a "new" bedroom off of the garage, but it does not have a bathroom, so you have to go inside the house to use the facilities. Just my opinion, but it would be nice to convert the front room to an actual 3rd bedroom. So...just an update on the bedroom specifics would help. Otherwise, Hugh Jeffreys is a wonderful host and we are so thankful that he is willing to offer up this beautiful "get away" to others. Definitely FIVE STARS, and a "Thumbs up" for this beauty!

Amazing Property!

Great home, husband said it was our best vrbo yet... Reason for 4*, like the other reviews stated the 3rd bedroom is through the garage and not on the house. The master bathroom has no wall or privacy from the bed, the 2nd bathroom has no lock on the door and the 3rd bathroom shower was not working at all. So we had to shuffle around and privacy was lacking a bit. Outdoor area was beyond amazing ❤

Great place to stay

This property is great for entertainment, clean & spacious- has a lot of character. My only complaint is really two bedrooms, third off garage - prob good for ‘crash for the night’ type spot.

Spectacular Pool

We had a great stay at this wonder retreat home. After a few days in a row on the river is was relaxing and fun to stay home and use the pool and swim up bar. Yes, that's right a SWIM UP BAR! Backyard designers spared no expense and the inside is just as nice. Only downside was the 3rd bedroom in the garage isn't ideal but good for teen/kids.

Thanks for the kind words.. I suppose "ideal" and "downside is a relative term. Our newly added 3rd bedroom is located off suite and is the most private room on the property. It's separate entrance lends itself to backyard access for those late night swims without disturbing guest In the main house. Another feature of the room is that like the main house the Man cave is easily accessed through its own door. We hope you stay with us again soon!

Our family grew up coming to Lake Havasu in the early 70's. We enjoy fishing, boating, skiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing as well as mountain biking here in Havasu. Growing up in southern California, Havasu made for easy weekend getaways for our parents who are responsible for our love and continued passion for lake and water activities.

This place has it all! Views that are nothing short of amazing. The pool and water features are that of a world class resort. We wanted to live like we were on vacation and still do! Lots of love and sweat went into fixing our property to what it is today. When you rent our home you can see for yourself the catalogue of before and after photos in the photo album. We are located centrally and you can be on the water in no time. Walk to stores and Restraunts,The garage is large enough for any boat and or truck combo under 14 feet tall. (RV garage) You will no doubt feel like the home and space is your vacation. We welcome you to Lake Havasu! weather you are into mild or wild, Havasu has it all. Our property is our sanctuary and we truly believe you will feel at home and relaxed from the moment you walk into the front door. We truly are happy to share this with those who can appreciate what we have here.. One of the may reasons we purchased this home was for its ample parking and driveway space.. We have had friends in 3 rvs at one time camp in just the driveway alone!
