Our apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom and plush bedding. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.

The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials for cooking and dining in. Plus, with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, you can pack light and enjoy a hassle-free stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the private balcony with park views. However, please note that the building garage is reserved for owner use only and is not available for guest parking. Free street parking is available nearby, and we can provide recommendations for convenient options.

The Neighborhood:
A former industrial area, the Old Fourth Ward is trendy hub attracting foodies and shoppers. Hip eateries and indie fashion stores fill Ponce City Market, in the vast 1920s Sears, Roebuck & Co. building, while Irwin Street Market is a cozier spot offering artisan foods. The Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail is a converted railway line for walking and cycling. Nearby, Historic Fourth Ward Park has a skate-park.

Getting Around:
Marta Station North Avenue is 1 mile away. The train takes 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50). You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. There are BYRD scooters for rent on every street corner per availability. 12 minute walk to the Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail.
