If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.
Please Note:
*Pack N Play, strollers, high chairs and walkers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
*Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately canât offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure youâve properly covered yourself.
*Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
*Anything other than a regular vehicle is prohibited by the HOA.
*For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit. We will collect this after booking if your original stay is 30 nights or more. If you extend your stay so that it is now over 29 nights, we will collect the security deposit after your extension is approved and paid for.
*Please note that we charge a higher cleaning fee for stays 21 nights or more (per our listing description). If your current stay is extended to be 21 nights or more we will collect this fee after your extension is approved and paid for. The additional cleaning fee is $120.
*Maximum of 2 dogs. No cats allowed.
