Les logements principaux sont au rez-de-chaussée où vous trouverez
- Une chambre principale avec lit King et salle de bain en suite et accès à la terrasse
- une chambre lit queen-size avec sa propre salle de bains qui a également accès à la piscine
- Les deux chambres d'enfants entièrement décorées avec les personnages Disney préférés des enfants, ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bains sur le thème de Mickey. Une chambre a deux lits jumeaux, l'autre un jumeau sur un lit superposé double.
- Une salle de jeux recouverte de moquette avec une sélection de jouets, jeux et livres, ainsi qu'un système PS2 qui propose plus de 20 jeux
- Aire de jeux séparée qui abrite notre table de billard de 8 pieds.

Le deuxième étage abrite la fabuleuse suite royale, une luxueuse chambre de 24 pi sur 27 pi qui a un lit king-size, une salle de bain privée, son propre coin salon et télévision. Le seul problème que vous pourriez avoir est de décider qui dort ici ....!

En plus de la cuisine entièrement équipée avec bar et coin petit-déjeuner, la villa propose une buanderie pleine grandeur avec laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, un salon formel séparé et la salle familiale principale.

Dehors, il y a une piscine privée entièrement filtrée mesurant 30 pieds par 15 pieds passant de trois pieds à six pieds au point le plus profond. Il y a aussi un spa luxueux pour quatre personnes. Le chauffage est fourni pour la piscine et le spa.

Pour la sécurité de nos plus jeunes clients, la piscine et le spa sont entourés d'un écran de sécurité pour enfants laissant un espace sûr sur le pont pour les enfants à jouer. Des meubles de terrasse comprenant des salons et des chaises sont également fournis. Ventilateur de plafond sur la zone couverte du patio pour plus de confort lorsque vous mangez à l'extérieur.

À l'avant de la maison, il y a un triple garage et un parking pour trois voitures, une voiture peut également être garée à l'intérieur du garage.

We stayed in this home in June. It was absolutely perfect. It had plenty of room and beautiful furnishings all well kept. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We definitely hope to return here soon.

We recently stayed in your house during our visit to orlando and were amazed when we opened the front door to see the size of the house.The little touches like towels in the shape of swans was lovely and the house was very clean indeed.We would definately stay there again.

Just a note to thank you ...

Just a note to thank you very much for letting us use your lovely home. We found it to be comfortably spacious and was a treat to go home to. Loved the pool area of course, swam before breakfast most mornings - could get used to that lifestyle! We thought the location was perfect too, away from the hustle and bustle of I-Drive but yet so close to all the attractions. In summary; Great holiday, great villa, great location and we shall be back! Thanks again.

We had a wonderful time a...

We had a wonderful time at your villa. Even though we enjoyed Disney and Sea World, the boys kept asking when we were going to go back to the house to go swimming and hang out. I think they could have made an entire vacation out of that. The villa was perfect. We had two families staying and there was still plenty of room. You have a beautiful home. I thank you for letting us enjoy it. I just wish we had more time to spend there. Our vacation went way too fast.

Dear Darren and Kim, Thank you for allowing my family to rent your Florida vacation home for two weeks in February of 2008. We had a fantastic trip! Our vacation experience was greatly enhanced by staying in your lovely home. Everything about he home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The house was well stocked and provided all the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were a great relief after long days in Disney World, and the privacy was lovely. The house is located perfectly for families visiting the parks. It is close enough to arrive conveniently each day, and far enough to get away when you need some distance to relax. Everything was perfect! I hope my family and I will have the chance to rent your home on future trips to the Orlando area. Good place to stay with family and friends, close to parks.

This house is a good place to stay with family and friends to have a great vacation. Except that there are some minir things that need to be taken care of, like the strollers need to be replaced if you want to provide strollers for the families, and the kids bathroom shower curtain to be changed. We felt that the kitchen needs some more basic spices(like the sugar, salt,pepper,oil and coffee powder). But overall I would say this house is a great place for vacation with enough space for kids to have fun. Our kids had a good time in this house. I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation.

I am sorry about the strollers, we provide them as a convenience to guests, I wish you had contacted the property manager that there was a problem so we could have taken a look and maybe brought by some different ones. I have spoken to the property manager about the shower curtain and it has been replaced. I look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Family stay thanksgiving, Disney, Universal, visited

My family thought unit was over the top and provided an excellent base for visiting the theme parks. The pool was an extra perk and we enjoyed the extra amenities. A large group would find plenty of room to enjoy during their stay. We had 9 and had plenty of room. Price is very competitive and the owner was excellent to work with, I choose this unit over motels and have no requests over my decision. I would strongly recommend this home for a visit to the area.

Great home away from home

This is a lovely home to stay at while in Orlando. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, griddle etc. The house was clean and in good condition. Our bed was very comfortable. Lots of stuff for the baby too. Bouncer, excersaucer, monitor, etc. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. Publix is very close as are a few pizza places which were convenient when we arrived there late. I would stay here again. My only negative comment would be that check out at 10am is not easy to accomplish especially with young children and the "cleaning list" you are left to complete before departure which includes stripping all the beds and doing at least two loads of laundry as well as leaving everything tidy and in its place. Thankfully Amish was able to give us a noon check out and we just made it. Dealing with Amish, the owner, is a pleasant experience. All questions were answered promptly and professionally.

Beautiful home that delivered all that it promised.

We were very pleased with our stay at the villa. It was very spacious, the rooms were all decorated in a fun way for the kids. There were lots of towels, utensils etc., which is always important when you rent a home away from home. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend the home to anyone. The owner was very easy to deal with and made sure we were taken care of each step of the way. Great Experience!

excellent for larger groups

We spent one week at this home with our daughter and her family, 7 people total, and had all the room we could possibly need. the home is very well furnished and the owner is very concerned that his guests are satisfied with their stay. The location is quiet and convenient to all the attractions in the Orlando area. If we return with a group of 6 or more people, this would be our first pick for accommodations.

Amazing Disney Vacation!

What a wonderful week we had for our first family trip to Disney! You thought of everything with this home! The nine of us (two full families) had plenty of space & everything we needed to make this trip great! The kids loved their disney rooms & hanging out in the pool. Having access to the strollers made it easier for us to pack & plan our trip. The drive in to the parks was quick & easy. Thank you for being available anytime we had questions during the booking/reserving process and during our stay. It was helpful knowing that you would respond quickly to any questions that we had!! Nice Home

We stayed at the homes for the reading week break. The home was great and easy to get to. The owner was definitely easy to reach and excellent to deal with. The pool and hot tub were great. As for location, it had great access to the Disney parks, Universal studios, and shopping. Everything that we could hope for. While the home was nice it could have used a little TLC. The cleaning was mediocre and the dishwasher needs to be replaced. It was disappointing to arrive and have to clean the dishes first as they were covered in food debris from the dishwasher. During our visit, the weather was cooler for a few days so the pool heat was not available and the owner has the house thermostat password protected. This left the home too cold even for us Canadians. With a few tweaks and improvements the home could be a 4 or 5 star but in the current state it would be average. I would stay at the house again, just need a couple of these issues to be addressed. Like I said the owner was great to deal with and would recommend her.

Disappointed

The house was not very clean. The owner was also not very happy when I questioned the five star reviews, since the house was not clean and it needs a fresh coat of paint. I met with the manager of the home and pointed out the dirty areas of the home, which included grease on the floor around the appliances, dirty base boards, dirty spots on the walls and switch plates, mold in bathrooms, and a musty smell upon entry. Secondly the screens around the pool were torn, which was not replace until a week after we arrived. Thirdly, the pool light does not work (and we were told it never will after our arrival), and there is no light near the grill; making it unusable after sunset. Lastly the owner controls the thermostat, which leave you without control of the temperature in the house. This left us very uncomfortable for most of our time in the home, since the night times are much cooler in January; there is no reason to have the thermostat controlled by the owner, since the air conditioning doesn't need to be on most of the time in January. Consider we stayed in this home for 26 nights, which is much longer than any other visitor. We have rented homes in Florida for twenty-five years, and this home is not a five star home. The house needs much TLC. I would not stay here again. The only real benefit to the house is the location and the space, but these do not grant a five star rating! I am giving the home an average rating, because this is the appropriate rating for the home. I as many people depend much on accurate objective reviews of the rental homes, which is the reason I am offering everyone an accurate objective review for this home.

I think this is an important confirmation for you that the reviews on VRBO are from actual guests and verified through their system and I play no part in that process. I am also truly sorry that I came across as unhappy with your assertion that the VRBO reviews are suspect, I was only trying to explain the review process to you and that after almost 100 online reviews and 300+ guests, my intent was to only explain that it would be impossible for me to post fake reviews I understand your frustration and disappointment, and I wish we could have done more during your stay to make it right. Both myself and the property manager (PM) take great pride in what we are offering to potential guests. I have already reviewed your feedback with the PM and as we are always trying to improve will strive to be better going forward When I say we jump through any hoops for guests and for the sake of informing future guests I would like to share a timeline of our follow-up You arrived on the 27th for your stay, and as a part of my normal welcome, I email new guests a day or so after arrival to make sure everything is in order. That email was sent to you on the 30th, to which I received no response. You finally did call the PM on Jan 1 to discuss your cleaning issues, to which he came out the next day and based on my conversation with him everything was rectified. I also sent you an email on the 1st to explain the situation, to which I received no response. I assumed you were busy over the weekend so I called and sent you follow up emails on Jan 5th and 8th to which you finally responded on the 9th that you would call me, but never did. I don't like to bother my guests on vacation, but I wanted to make sure everything was taken care of to your satisfaction. Given your lack of response, I could only assume that everything was fine The single underwater pool light not working is due to a pool heater upgrade which unfortunately does not communicate with our automation system. We do however have a total of 4 deck lights that can provide light should you wish to swim at night The villa has a automatic temperature regulation system, while set to a range we are not adverse to adjusting based on guest needed. I wasn't informed that the house was uncomfortable until half way through your stay, adjustments were made immediately and didn't hear from you after that We are here to help our guests and welcome any questions.

Execellent vacation home

This is the first time our family has rented a home and I couldn't be more pleased!!! This house was beautiful, clean and spacious. It worked so well for our 8 family members. It is easy to get to Disney World and very close to shopping. The management staff and ownership take great pride in this house and were fantastic. I will definitely rent this house again for any future Florida visits.

This was our first trip to Disney World and my first experience renting a home. I have to say I was worried at first but Amish is very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. I am so glad we decided to rent a house instead of staying on Disney property. It is a short 15 minute drive to the parks and is was nice to be able to come home, relax and let our three kids (8 y/o, 6 y/o, and 4 y/o) play in the pool and the 5 adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. I recommend this property to anyone. There is a lot of room and there is a Publix grocery store near by. I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you Amish!

BEST VACATION EVER SAID 9 PEOPLE

We planned this trip for my 50th birthday& surprise grandkids with Disney world and i researched houses for a while and just fell in love with Amish's home and soooo glad we chose it! From the moment we walked in the door it was smiles from ear to ear! my grandson & grandaughter were thrilled with the themed bedrooms(not knowing we were going to disney world) they would have been happy just having this house! As the rest of the family arrived next day they to were so happy with how roomy and yet separated enough for privacy.Sitting at the pool every morning having coffee and chatting was so relaxing and peaceful and sitting out there at nite n swimming ,having drinks, and some laughs after long days at parks was really a special part of vacation!! the kitchen was completely stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals for all and was another center point for the family to gather and chat and plenty of room to cook together and the grill made for amazing dinners n lunch! i was worried about the comfort of bed but it was better than home the blankets too i miss that bed!! having the grocery store,liquor,rest store 2 aurants 2 min away was awsome i even went & got my haircut 1 morning since it was in the Publix shopping center. the THEME parks were 2 exits up from house and took no time at all which was great with worn out kids at night! it was just the perfect house in the best location i really cant express how happy we all are about this vacation and it started with this home!! Amish was a joy to work with and answered my many,many many questions! he assured me the home was well equipped for a 2yr old & he meant it! i didnt need a thing strollers,crib,bouncy chair,pool toys i could go on! i will definetly be back & recommended to friends already!n my 29yr old daughter posted on facebook day 1.." 4 hours into vacation and its the best ever just hanging at house and pool" WE CANT WAIT TO COME BACK! THANK YOU AMISH FOR SHARING YOUR HOME!! it was home away from home!

Excellent Home

My husband & I rented this property for a week so that we could have all our children and grandchildren with us in one place. We had an amazing time! The home was clean and well maintained. I had a minor problem which was rectified immediately once I contacted the property manager. The kids had a great time in the pool every day. The home was large enough that if someone needed a place to go to be alone for a while to get away from everyone else, there were places to go. I would recommend this home to any family wanting to visit the Orlando area.

Once again our family enjoyed the spacious home away from home. The pool was ideal and relaxing after walking the Universal City Walk and Disney attractions during the day. Great Stay

The property was just as it is described. Enjoyed our stay of 10 days. Close to both Disney and Universal and only a minor distance to Tampa and St. Pete. The house is very comfortable and met all of our needs. The pool and spa were a great way to relax after long days at the theme parks. Excellent communication with the owner and the property manager. Would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful Stay

Excellent Home!

We were so pleased with the rental of this home! The house was clean, spacious and everyone was so comfortable with all the bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool and hot tub came in so handy for all of the Disney days we did for relaxation in the evenings. Renting this home was so much easier than rental a hotel room. Close to everything Disney and shopping. I would definately rent again on our next visit to Orlando.

The "magic" of your Disney vacation begins HERE!!

We had a group of 10 family members (5 adults & 5 children) who traveled to Orlando to celebrate a graduation with a trip to Disney World. I could not have chosen a better place for us to stay!! This house has it ALL!! It is immaculate, well-stocked with everything you need, plenty of room to spread out, and the amenities are outstanding. The patio and pool area was enjoyed every night on our return from the parks. One of the reasons I chose this house is because "everything is included"! If you compare other properties, you will find that they charge extra for almost every amenity. Just tell me the price, which is what this owner does. No trying to add up the cost of using what is listed! Speaking of the owner, Amish is the most accommodating owner that I have EVER worked with on VRBO. He is prompt to respond to your every question or need. (Even while he was traveling to Europe for his own vacation, he contacted me to make sure everything was in order before I arrived.) He is a true pleasure to work with. The location to the parks was a real plus, too! You will not be disappointed with this property! It's awesome!!!!!!! Thank you, Amish!!!!!
