*New* Modern 4 Bedroom Pool Villa Near Disney

Your family will be close to everything (including Disney!) when you stay at this recently renovated pool home.
The space situated in the peaceful and inviting community of Tuscan Ridge Villas, this recently renovated single story home has plenty of space for families to roam. The open floor plan includes a fireplaced living room, tastefully decorated dining room, and a spacious kitchen with eat-in dining area. The kitchen is complete with new quartz countertops, a coffee/tea bar, modern stainless-steel appliances, and cooking amenities including a blender/toaster/pots/pans/cooking sheets/measuring cups/cutting boards/etc. The beautiful kitchen overlooks the family room with a huge sectional couch and 70" smart TV! Several board games are located in the console under the TV.

The home boasts a king size master suite with a large closet, blackout curtains, and an ensuite with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The queen bedroom is in the rear of the home with an adjoining cabana bathroom with walk-in shower and pool access. There is a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom with two twin sized beds, and a fourth bedroom which also contains two twin sized beds. These bedrooms share the third full bathroom located in the middle of the home.

Last, and certainly not least, is the spacious outdoor pool area with a hot tub, lounge chairs, eating area, outdoor fans, an outdoor refrigerator, and a sectional surrounding a beautiful propane firepit. The pool wouldn't be complete without the underwater lights that illuminate the pool at night! You will not want to leave after enjoying all of the amenities of this home!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT POINTS BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING:
* Please note we do not allow any pets, smoking, or parties on the property
* There is an extra charge of $35 per night for pool/spa heat. Please note that the pool may be chilly when you arrive, as it takes several hours to warm up on the day of your arrival. The pool generally does not require heat from June - October, as the water is kept warm with the daytime temperatures.
* Please note that there are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home.

Everything was so perfect and on point, definitely contemplating making this my go to every time I’m planning to come back to Florida.. and plus location, location, location.. perfect spot if you wanna jump from place to place and city to city.. super mega clean, pool heats up really nice, outside area is perfect.. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about renting this place out.. and Chelsea was verrry responsive with any and all of our questions.. just click RESERVE!! Already💯

Fantastic Stay, amazing location and A* host

Wonderful property in a fantastic location close to all local amenities, restaurants, supermarkets and short distance to the parks and attractions! The rental was the perfect place to stay while in the Orlando area. Each room was tastefully decorated and had everything you need for your stay! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay weather cooking for the family, grabbing take out or just for your morning coffee! With multiple dining areas and lounge spaces there was a place for everyone to relax and enjoy the space - especially outside in the pool area with a shaded (and fan) seating space and fire pit on top of the loungers and dining space. The separately heated spa also was a lovely spot to start or end the day when a little chillier! The wonderful host was informative, super quick to respond and made check in and everything easy for us and we look forward to staying with them again!

Hidden Oasis

This was one of the best home rentals we've stayed in. It was very clean, welcoming, and RELAXING! The decor was amazing like a high end hotel. The spacious layout and many amenities made the home very accommodating. Let's not forget about the pool area, which was a paradise oasis! We didn’t realize how far it would be from downtown BUT it was still worth it. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.

We bought this home after many years of dreaming about buying a house in Florida. We saw the listing, fell in-love and the rest is history!

You will find that this is a quiet family community with many friendly neighbors. There are a number of short-term vacation rentals nestled in between owner occupied homes. You'll enjoy the convenience of restaurants, shopping, and best of all- Disney is only 24 minutes away!
