Our home is located on Tybee Island with beach access less than a quarter-mile away, You and your guests will enjoy the large, open space of this beach duplex. This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home can sleep up to 22 people in our thirteen beds! Enjoy easy-breezy living in this comfortable space with full amenities like a big-screen Smart TV ready to stream your subscription services and a full size kitchen set up perfectly to grill after a day of fishing!

Welcome to our expansive short-term rental that offers two units, providing ample space to accommodate up to 22 guests.

Unit A: Upon entering through the vibrant fuchsia-colored door on the left side of the building, you'll step into a bright and spacious sunroom. This delightful space features two comfortable sofas and a breakfast table, perfect for relaxation and casual meals. Unwind after your travels by streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV or enjoy quality time with friends in the inviting living area. The dining room, surrounded by windows, offers a tranquil ambiance where you can enjoy the scenic beauty of Tybee Island. A fully-equipped kitchen awaits you, providing all the essentials to prepare delicious meals for your group.

The master bedroom, located just off the living room, offers a serene retreat. It features a small sitting area, a king bed with a TV, and an ensuite full bathroom for added privacy. As you continue down the hallway, the first door on the left leads to a kid's oasis—a playful bedroom with three sets of bunk beds, allowing everyone to have a memorable sleepover experience. The next door reveals a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed. A full bathroom off the hallway ensures convenience for all guests.

Step outside the kitchen and discover a charcoal grill and a covered patio seating area, complete with a small eating space just outside. This outdoor oasis invites you to enjoy alfresco dining or simply relax in the fresh air. The fenced-in backyard is shared with the downstairs guests, providing an opportunity to connect and create memorable experiences with fellow travelers.

Unit B: Guests will enter through the fuchsia-colored door on the right side of the building. The welcoming foyer offers the perfect spot to shake off the sand after a day at the beach. To the right, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming breakfast nook with bar stools for additional seating, as well as a spacious dining table that comfortably accommodates six guests. The cozy living room features a queen sleeper sofa, built-in shelving, and a large Smart TV, perfect for unwinding and entertainment.

This house offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. Both full bathrooms are conveniently located off the hallway, making it easy to share.

Enjoy the screened-in porch, equipped with a table and chairs, a charcoal grill, and additional seating. This inviting space is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors or simply savoring the island atmosphere. The large fenced-in yard is shared with the upstairs guests, providing opportunities for connection and relaxation.

You'll be delighted to know that you'll be less than 10 minutes away from Tybee Island Light Station, a captivating historic landmark, and a mere 0.5 miles from Tybee Beach Pier, allowing easy access to the beautiful sandy shores.

We do have a parking pass available for our guests in addition to the one parking place. The parking pass is $300 partially refundable deposit. Upon payment of the deposit, guests will receive a code to a lockbox with a parking pass. Once we have verified that the pass has been returned, we will refund $250 back of your deposit. Please let us know in advance if you would like to opt into this during your stay on Tybee.

Perfect Beach Rental

Perfect Beach Rental for the whole family to be together to eat in or dine out. There are several wonderful seafood places located close enough to walk to without going very far. A grocery store and gas station are nearby, too. The home provides everything needed for a perfect Beach stay! It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, roomy, and clean. The easy walking distance to the beach was great!

The stay was like camping only with running water and electricity. The location was perfect to the beach or other avenues of entertainment like the Sugarshack and Sundae Cafe and Crab Shack and the Tybee Island Marine Museum. The locks and safe were a challenge for the older people. lol.

Was hoping for more.

Communication was great up to me communicating problems with the property upon arrival. When we arrived there was a full garbage can on the patio filled with trash, with no trash bag, beer cans all over next to the trash can. Patio area was covered in dirt and leaves with sections of heavy dirt that had been there for a long time. Accommodations were good, but the floors were so dirty that everyone's bare feet were black everyday from walking on the floors. There was moldy coffee left in the coffee maker, and hair and gross debris around the toilet in the downstairs area. Some of these concerns were shared, and we took pictures upon arrival, they requested me to send the pictures but the email on the messanger starred out the actual address, when I let them know that, comms stopped and did not here from them about anything. The vacation went well, but for 900/night I was expecting more. The comms for check-in, check out were great, and the property did the trick of allowing my family to be in one place and spend time together, but they need to fire the property manager and get someone to care for the property better. The black feet is absolutely disgusting. We had to spend over an hour cleaning so we could have our children enjoy the space comfortably. I did not ask, nor do I really want anything back, but the fact that comms went silent after concers were raised tells me all I need to know.
