This inviting townhome features three beautifully appointed bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind, including two with king beds and one with two queen beds. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep—though during the day, you’ll appreciate the natural light that fills the space.

The open-concept living area is warm and welcoming, offering plenty of space for your group to relax together. Sink into the comfortable sectional sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on Roku, or pop in a movie on the DVD player for a cozy night in. Step onto the balcony to take in unobstructed lake views—perfect for morning coffee and a good book or evening cocktails as the sun sets over the water, and enjoy feeding the deer.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary adventures, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with bar seating, a coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, cooking spices, and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need. Great place and wonderful view!

Gathered family together for an early Thanksgiving and had a fantastic stay. Comments from the kids and grands on how comfy the beds were! Kitchen had all the essentials and more, gas grill on the deck was a plus as we had plenty of cooking and keeping warm to do. Deck had plenty of space for everyone to hang out with a view of the lake and steps to the natural area between. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The pool and fitness center are closed for Covid, I would have liked to have known that ahead of time, but we still had an amazing time.

Comfortable Stay

The property was really nice, comfortable, and well stocked. The view of the lake from the patio was lovely. I would highly recommend this condo especially if you don’t have children because there are 4 large beds, no bunks. I will rent it again for the next family reunion!

House was nicely furnished and a great layout for our group. Air vents need cleaning, however rest of the house was very clean. Unfortunately due to freezing temps, the pipes froze and we had no water during our stay.

Quiet and quant. Very nice, clean, and had everything you need. Just bring your necessities. Tennis court just out the front door with pool and marina very close. I would recommend to family and friends.

Hot week at cool place.

The property was nice and clean. It probably had the best stocked kitchen I've ever stayed at. Nice views, comfy beds, nice furniture and only a mile to the boat rental place...my only issue was that it is on the north side of the lake so it took awhile to drive there and there aren't a lot of places to eat. All it all I'd stay again.

Family vacation

I like the property. But couldnt find the pool. No didnt enjoy that..Not as clean as it should be. Coffee mker had mold in it. Stains on the towels wasnt good. Not close to the water at all. But other then those things. It was alright. Thank you.

Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:-We are truly sorry that your experience was not entirely to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, our regular housekeeper was unavailable due to illness, and a substitute was brought in. It seems the coffee maker may have been overlooked during this transition, and we are addressing this issue to prevent it from happening again.-Regarding the towels, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We will personally inspect and replace any towels with stains to ensure a higher standard going forward.-We were surprised to hear that you had difficulty finding the pool, as directions are included in the guest book. Additionally, we were available by phone to assist if needed.-The property offers a beautiful water view and is a short walk to the lake, with private park access available via a key fob. Instructions and directions for accessing these amenities were also provided in the guest book, but we understand how easy it is to miss details and regret any inconvenience caused.We genuinely hope you will give us another opportunity to provide a more enjoyable experience in the future. Cute little property by the lake

We enjoyed our stay here during the 4th of July weekend! The property is comfortable and clean. Some of the amenities inside could be updated - pots, pans etc. If you’re from out-of-town it’s not immediately clear how to access things like the lake but we figured it out eventually. Portable AC units in the upstairs bedrooms took some getting used to in terms of getting them running consistently and also sleeping with the noise (they’re a bit on the louder side). Food options are a bit limited in the immediate area, so just be aware of that beforehand and plan accordingly. Overall we enjoyed our stayed and were happy we were able to view so many fireworks for the 4th from the back patio!

3 Day Getaway

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOWNHOUSE.I had questions during the reservation process, and they were answered quickly. They worked with me, and everything was very smooth.The house location is perfect. Decorated beautifully and had all the necessary items. I was particularly fond of the living room. Rented houses usually have stiff chairs and couches. All the furniture was comfortable as well as the feather pillows on the couch. The suspended fireplace was a showstopper. The patio overlooked the lake. The deer walked up to the patio. There wasn't a problem with our dog and the deer. Our dog enjoyed going down to the lake and swimming. The walk around the complex overlooking the lake at sunrise was beautiful.Any walk you take has a great view or beautiful scenery. Beautiful houses and beautiful flowers. Everything is well kept. The master bedroom was a perfect size. The bed was soooo comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. We didn't stay or go upstairs. The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils and other items that were needed. It was clean.

I was so disappointed. The "pool access" was 19 minutes away walking, so my older children couldn't even walk to the pool. Yes, you could see the lake...but it was definetly not on the lake. There was no direct lake access...you would have to drive up and around and down to get to the lake, again not conducive to a vacation if you kids AT ALL. This is more of a place for adults who just want a peek of the lake... I was excited about pool, lake, playground...but none of it was really within walking distance. Don't expect to get any food delivery...or uber eats...no one will deliver to you out there. It was really too much work for a vacation. We stayed one night then left, didn't even complete our stay because it was just worthless for us. I wouldn't come back.

Hi Dana, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed that this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "I am so sorry that you had an unpleasant stay at our townhouse on Lake Travis. I have reviewed your list of concerns regarding your stay and have compared them with our listing. In review, I did not read anywhere in the description of my home that it says that the community pool, park/playground, or lake were within a quick walking distance. All these amenities are, however, within a short drive. Additionally, there is nothing to indicate that food delivery services operate in this remote area on the lake. Most people that have stayed at our place have enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. We also provide a gas grill for cooking outside. For those who do not wish to cook, there is a list of restaurants in the community and nearby towns where many of our guests have enjoyed dining - again I apologize, but you would need to drive to these locations. Point Venture prides itself as being a location that is a destination. It is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy lake life.
