On the south side, you’ll find a cozy piano room, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, the master suite spans the south wing with a full bath and generous walk-in closet. The north wing includes a bedroom with twin bunk beds, a convenient adjoining laundry room, and a fun-filled game area—perfect for families.

II. The Cozy Cottage
Ideal for a couple or a family with older children (ages 8+), the Cottage offers a king bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. While the two rooms share an open layout without a separating door, the space is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation.

III. The Cabana
A perfect spot for outdoor entertaining, the Cabana features a spacious patio with ample tables and chairs, all nestled beside a large sandy beach-style area.
