La location minimum de cette belle résidence est de 30 jours en raison des restrictions de l'association, que nous honorons.

Cette merveilleuse copropriété est située directement sur le golfe du Mexique (nous offrons des vues directes sur le golfe sans étirement latéral) À quelques pas des sables de sucre blanc qui rendent la côte du golfe de Floride célèbre. Situé à Indian Rocks Beach familial, cette unité décorée par des professionnels et entièrement équipée vous fera reconnaître instantanément pourquoi vous êtes ici.

Construit en 2012, la communauté offre une belle piscine, un bain à remous et des grilles à gaz au bord de la piscine pour votre plaisir.

La résidence dispose de 2 chambres qui permettent à 6 personnes de profiter confortablement de tout Indian Rocks Beach. Les chambres à coucher comprennent deux lits queen-size dans la plus grande chambre et un lit king-size dans l'autre. Les deux chambres offrent une vue directe sur le golfe, des placards sans rendez-vous et de grandes télévisions à écran plat.

En plus des belles chambres, l'unité comprend 3 belles salles de bains spacieuses et une buanderie intérieure.

Le point culminant de ce joyau du golfe est son grand balcon privé et sa vue sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Profitez des couchers de soleil tous les jours depuis votre terrasse privée avec de luxueux meubles de patio rembourrés.

Offrant un parking couvert et sécurisé avec 2 ascenseurs à grande vitesse et une piscine chauffée et un spa face au golfe, le complexe Da Vinci est tout aussi majestueux que le condo lui-même.

Very spacious and comfortable! The view of the gulf catches your eye as you walk through the double door entry. Huge primary bathroom and large his and her’s walk in closets. Kitchen has everything you need. The balcony porch has a large sitting area to watch the sunsets. Highly recommend! Christine was very responsive!!

Lovely condo on a beautiful beach

Spacious condo directly on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach. The large balcony overlooks the beach and amazing sunsets on the ocean. Great pool area and friendly neighbors. My 91 year old mother in law who lives in St Petersburg stayed four days with us and we had a great visit. The nature preserve across the street was great, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Accomodations were awesome

Condo was beautifully decorated, we had all the necessities needed to cook, do laundry, and plenty of beach towels. Owner communicated very well and was easy to connect with. Condo was in a great location to be able to walk into town, and go to restaurants or bars. Would most definitely rent again! Other owners were awesome and made you feel comfortable and holding conversations when at the pool! Great place!!

Amazing Condo with great views.

The condo is very spacious and from the minute you enter the front door you have amazing views of the gulf. It is very well maintained and had everything we needed for our month long stay. The water views can be seen from both bedrooms as well as the living area including the kitchen. The balcony provides you with a comfortable spot to enjoy the sound of the waves and awesome sunsets. The property was lovely. The condo's are mostly owner occupied and each owner we met were very friendly and loved where they live!! We can't wait to return!!

Outstanding

The only comfort to leaving was knowing that we were already booked for next year. You could continue to look at other rental options, but you would be wasting your time. I am familiar with rentals in this area, and I do not think you will find a better condo in a better building. The condo is well-appointed while maintaining a comfortable and inviting feel. The beachfront location and view is fantastic. Many evenings spent with the kids just enjoying the sunset on the beach or from the balcony. The pool/hot tub/grill area was terrific, well-maintained, and we often had it to ourselves. The owner was great -- super-responsive and genuinely interested in providing a quality stay.

FIRST CLASS

My husband and I have been vacationing at Indian Rocks for the past 5 years (except for 2021 Covid) and have stayed in various condo rentals. The Davinci building and the condo unit itself is outstanding, first class and doesn't even compare to the other rentals we have stayed in the past. The unit is beautiful, very spacious, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The furnishings are very nice including the balcony furniture which is well chosen and very comfortable. I should point out also that the artwork selection for the walls in terms of decor was tasteful and much appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Great working kitchen for cooking which we do a lot of and prefer that to any takeout which is minimal for us, especially when staying for a month. My only suggestion here is better lighting. This place has too many positives to all mention here, and have already been noted in the other reviews. In addition, the large walk in closets were a plus, the front balcony views of the ocean, sunsets, etc. Also, we noted that the pool and patio were well maintained with a pool company coming in every week. We have our own pool at home so know what a clean pool looks like. Something that was lacking at the other condo rentals we previously stayed at. We would love to return but have not booked for next year due to family reasons but hope we can have the opportunity again.

Indian Rocks - August

We stayed here for a month celebrating our retirement. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The location was perfect! The views out the sliding doors/deck and both bedrooms were spectacular. When you walk into the condo all you see is the bright sun shining into the condo - very welcoming and peaceful. Underground parking and an elevator are a great convenience. We were extremely pleased with the property which contributed to a wonderful vacation.

Just what my heart needed.

In September 2020 I lost my husband and we had a one-month trip planned to Redington Beach during his illness. We had to cancel the vacation and I remember seeing the DaVinci condos when we had been down there in the past. My friends and family thought that I still needed to go and the rest is one of the most wonderful vacations I’ve ever had. Although my husband couldn’t be with me I know it was exactly what he would have wanted for me to do. I had two weeks of wonderful friends visiting and then my family and grandchildren came the last two weeks. The weather was beautiful although we did have a few days of red tide but there was plenty of shopping to be done by all. Thank you Ernie for a great month. You were wonderful to work with and I have already booked another month for next year. I don’t think there was a day that I did not get up and sit on the patio with my coffee. The views from the condo are some of the most beautiful ones I have ever seen and I would encourage anyone wanting to get away and stay on the beach to check this condo out.

We enjoyed our stay from day one, this is our second trip, and we plan on returning. The Property Owner is great to work with, and they really make sure your stay is comfortable. They are there to help with anything, but stay in the back drop so you can just enjoy your time. I highly recommend this property.

Spectacular Condo on the Beach!

This was our second stay in this fabulous condo, it now feels like home. The first time we walked into #301, we were speechless. It is very spacious with the best layout for privacy. As you walk in from the impressive double doors, looking across the living area to the balcony, you immediately get a gorgeous view of the Gulf. There is a perfect view of the beach and the magnificent sunsets. The building is very secure with access granted via security codes. The building is very quiet, no waiting for the hot tub which you may find in other very busy, large buildings. The condo is extremely well equipped with lots of towels (bath and beach towels), dishes, pots and pans and any kitchen appliance you might need. This location is perfect. There are many restaurants within walking distance with lots of attractions just a short drive away. This beautiful sandy beach is wonderful for long walks. The owner is great! Ernie is very responsive and such a nice person to deal with. You will have a first-class experience in this condo! If you are looking for an unforgettable experience, this is the place for you!

The condo was very clean, well appointed, uncluttered and spectacular view of ocean and beach. Great to watch the sunsets from the balcony. Didn't want stay to end.....

From the moment we first stepped into the unit and saw the sweeping view of the Gulf, we were hooked on this beautiful condo. It is clean, well-appointed and has the most modern amenities. We quickly made friends with other condo-dwellers and hope to be able to return someday! Ernie was a gracious host and was there for anything we needed. This condo at the beautiful DaVinci development is the best place on Indian Rocks Beach. We have stayed at this condo twice now and it is nothing short of spectacular! If you like watching magnificent sunsets on a spacious and comfortable balcony or laying by the pool or spa on very comfortable lounge chairs or walking 20 steps to a very quiet part of the beach then this is the spot for you. The pictures provided on-line does not do the condo justice - it is very roomy with two entire suites and a fully equipped kitchen. If you want to grill the BBQ by the pool is first class. You don’t need to carry numerous keys given all doors and gates have a special access code. The owner is very responsive to any questions and there is a storage locker in the garage with beach chairs etc. We found the owners at the DaVinci very friendly and willing to offer advice on restaurants and sights to see including good golf courses in the area. If you want a first class beach condo experience on Indian Rocks Beach - this condo will deliver ! Highly recommended!
