Guest access
Guests have full and private access to The Bankerâs 1887 Penthouse, located on the second floor of the original 1887 Farmers & Merchants Bank building.
Important Note: Access is available by stairs only. There is no elevator, and all guests must be able to climb a full flight of stairs to reach the unit.
Entry is simple and secure with two digital code locks:
Main Door Access: You'll use your personal code to open the main door, which leads into a private stairwell.
Penthouse Door: At the top of the stairs, the Penthouse door at the end of the hallway also has a separate code to unlock.

â Two digital code entries (main entrance + unit door)
â One reserved parking space behind the building
â Additional public street parking available
Please note: There is a separate bedroom space currently under construction to the left when you get to the top of the stairs. It is not part of your stay at this time but will be added in the future to expand the Penthouse.

There are no cameras inside the unit or in any private living areas. We deeply respect your privacyâthese cameras are in place strictly for liability purposes and are only reviewed if needed (such as for a safety concern or policy violation). We do not actively monitor them or use them to police guest behavior.
