Perfect for a ski vacation with just a 100 yard walk to one of Beech Mountain Resort`s intermediate slopes. In the summer, rock yourself in a rocking chair on the back deck to watch the sun set over the mountains and prepare a delicious dinner on the home`s outdoor gas grill. The home`s interior features split level living with all bedrooms on the bottom floor and kitchen, dining and living rooms up top. Enter into foyer with steps leading up to living room with gas fireplace. This space also has two small loveseats that double as Twin-size sleeper sofas, cable tv and two sets of sliding glass doors to access the back deck. Completing this level is a large kitchen, dining table to accommodate 6 (additional seating at kitchen bar) and half bath. The home`s first bedroom is a Queen master with private bath and large jetted tub. Enjoy cable tv and private deck, too. The second bedroom features another Queen bed and cable tv, while the final bedroom has a Bunk (2 Twin beds) with full-size washer and dryer in the closet. Queen guestroom and bunk room share a full hall bath. ****Absolutely No Partying**** Distance to Beech Mountain Ski Resort: 100 yard walk to intermediate slope Distance to Beech Mountain Club: 2.8 miles Distance to Buckeye Recreation Center: 5.6 miles Note: Here on Beech Mountain we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains. Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation. Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, fire wood, etc. We provide: linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
This home sits by the ski slopes and when the slopes are blowing snow the road will remain snow covered. Please be prepared with chains or 4x4.
