🌲 Backyard: Step into a backyard designed for gathering, play, and relaxation. Meandering stone paths guide you through gardens. Just off the main patio, an outdoor kitchen features a wood-fired pizza oven—perfect for alfresco dining at the nearby farmhouse table under the open sky.

🛝 A cozy lounge area invites you to unwind with soft seating and cafe lights overhead, while outdoor games like corn hole and horseshoes keep the fun going. For younger adventurers, a children’s area includes a wooden swing set and a whimsical playhouse tucked beneath the trees.

🔥 Wander down to the lower field and you’ll find a gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Nearby, a Western-style shooting gallery offers a fun, themed experience that nods to the spirit of the Old West.

👉 Guests have access to the entire property except 1 locked supply closet. There are 2 detached sheds in the yard that are not accessible to guests.

There are multiple parking spaces in front of the property or inside the open garage to the left of the front path.

🌄 Check in is at 4 pm
Check out is at 10:00 am (unauthorized late check outs are subject to additional fees)
Quiet hours: 11pm to 7 am

👙 Hot tub requires showering prior to entrance

👫 Max occupancy is 16 guests at any given time, regardless of age. We may be able to accommodate a few additional guests depending on the situation, please inquire before booking. Any unauthorized guests above the max limit will be subject to a fee of $600/person and may lead to immediate termination of your booking.

🎦 There are exterior cameras at the front door and at the garage facing the entrance and the driveway.

👉 We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, or allowing unregistered guests onto the property.

🦅 Surrounded by forest, our property offers an authentic mountain experience—which can occasionally include encounters with local wildlife or insects. Please enjoy but keep a respectful distance from wildlife. Although we have regular professional pest control, nature sometimes finds its way indoors. If you happen to notice any uninvited guests during your stay, don’t hesitate to contact us.

🦬 Airsoft Guns may be used only at the Western shooting Range. Airsoft guns may only be used by adults not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Guests assume all liability associated the use of the Airsoft guns. Do not remove from the premises. Damage to local wildlife or neighboring properties will be prosecuted.
