✦ Sound travels far, and although we sit on 40 acres, please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors
✦ We suggest bringing a 4x4 or chains in the winter (October-March)
✦Wood-burning fires are not allowed
✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge
✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments
✦ You may encounter wildlife such as deer and even bears. Please remove all food from your vehicles, close and latch outdoor trash bins, and keep an eye on any pets you may have with you.
✦ Use of the property and all amenities (incl. kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub, fire pit, etc.) is at your own risk. Host and owner not liable for injury or damage.
✦ Please be aware that landscaping services are scheduled every Monday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. During this time, you may hear some noise around the property.
✦One bathroom exhaust fan may run louder than normal. It is safe and fully functional, and we have a work order scheduled to install a quieter unit.
