► Important to Know: The third bedroom is located on the lower level, accessible via a spiral staircase. While charming and space-saving, the stairs may be challenging for young children or older guests, so please use caution. Each unit allows parking for up to two vehicles, but trailers are not permitted on-site due to space restrictions.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Our place is located in a quiet, well-maintained condo community in the heart of Pigeon Forge, just minutes from top attractions like Dollywood, The Island, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The neighborhood is ideal for vacationers, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. It’s a drive-to-everything area with paved roads and nearby schools in the Sevier County district.



Getting Around:

For the most part, it is a very easy drive. The property is just about a mile off the Parkway so it's a very developed area. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place. I'd only be concerned if there was ice and our plows haven't gotten to salt it yet, in which case it'll be tough no matter what car you have.

We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
