Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is not permitted .

Lost Keys or Fob/Card 🔑
In case of loss of the keys or fob/card, a $300 replacement fee will apply.

No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.

Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.

Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!

Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.

Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.

Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
