Randy's Rathbun Rental #3 Sleeps 8 with FREE WIFI... Here is another GREAT Rental with everything you could possibly think of for a very comfortable stay. This 3 bedroom 2 bath (2 queen beds, a full size bed, and a hide a bed) has that little extra space that you're looking for. With 2 awesome decks to pick from. The most popular being the covered deck (located on the back) and an open deck to the front. The covered deck over looks the 3 spacious lots available for any outside activities. With tons of shade from the numerous trees, that you will appreciate after a long day on the Lake. There's a nice swing set to relax on or just turn the kiddos loose on it to keep them occupied while you enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding neighborhood. It has an inground firepit with FREE Firewood, a fish cleaning station (with nearby water and electricity), and a few outdoor games as well. If you choose to stay at any of my 3 rentals, remember to: TRAVEL LIGHT... Just bring food, drinks, and clothes and your good. My places are all fully stocked with Free Coffee Bar (includes a select variety of K Pods, or you have the option to make a pot of fresh brew), Free Wine Bar, Free bag of Ice, 6 bottles of Free water, and a variety of snacks when you arrive. There are plenty of extra linens for the party crashers as well. Words can't describe how nice this place is. Once you visit it to see for yourselves I'm confident that you'll want to be a returning customer over and over again... What are you waiting for??? Come see what all Randy's Rathbun Rentals has to offer...You now have 3 wonderful places to pick from or who knows you may need all 3 to accommodate all your family and friends. Remember to tell everyone that you are: "Goin to Randy's"

1.) Championship Golf Course 5 minutes away

2.) Honey Creek Boat Ramps ( 6-8) of them available only 3 minutes away

3.) Fish Hatchery 10 minutes away Call for a tour

4.) Several miles of Bike and Walk Paths 5 minutes away

5.) Some of the Premier Whitetail Hunting in the Country.

6.) 11,000 acre lake with several different species of fish to catch or just use it for recreation.

7) Don't forget to visit Iowa's largest Courthouse Square, known as the "World's Largest Town Square" There's something for everyone there...

8) Visit the surrounding Pubs that offer great food and entertainment. And don't forget the Mexican Affair Restaurant just a couple of minutes away. There are menus located in the Rental.

I've been a host for 6 years now and this is my 3rd Rental that I have opened to guests. I am a Former Marine so you can expect the properties, with my name so proudly attached, to be spot on every visit. I strive for excellence and it shows in the work that is put in every unit. I enjoy fishing, hunting and pretty much anything outdoors. But my calling is meeting new people from all walks of life. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Antler Acres is a wonderful sub division that is minutes away to the biggest boat ramp on Lake Rathbun, Honey Creek State Park Boat Ramps. The area is a quiet and friendly neighborhood where folks help each other out. It's a very very safe neighborhood and great for families and pets to walk the area or just to relax on the deck and let the kiddos ride their bikes or play games in the yard. No Worries and No Hurries...The relaxation is already here all you have to do is get here to enjoy it...

I think what you'll see with my 3 properties is that I am a step ahead of the rest. Call it arrogance I call it facts. With all the FREE added amenities, the attention to detail that my cleaning crew has bought into, and the over the top down to earth Hospitality that you receive is leaps ahead of the competition. I welcome all the competition it keeps me sharp and on my game. I just try to make you as comfortable as possible in an unfamiliar place that truly is your "Home Away From Home" So many little things that are a big deal if you forget something. No Worries I have what you will need for an amazing stay. I travel as well and enjoy seeing what
my friends like to call what I'm doing wrong. I don't judge I use what experience I've had and I may use something that I never thought of . So, it's good
