Si vous envisagez une escapade dans le sud-est de l'Iowa, Lake Rathbun🚤 et Randy's Rathbun Rental sont le partenaire idéal. Il repose sur 2 lots spacieux avec une allée en béton extra-longue pour tous vos besoins de stationnement. Will le calme, la sérénité et les 2 beaux ponts extérieurs (dont un couvert). Il y a un foyer impressionnant (bois de chauffage gratuit) dans la cour pour terminer la soirée à la belle étoile. Avec tant à faire au lac ou à ne rien faire que se détendre, cet endroit peut accueillir vous et vos invités à tout moment de l'année.
Il dispose de 2 chambres à coucher, 1 salle de bain et un canapé-lit (6 personnes). Il a également une cuisine très spacieuse et un salon ouvert pour tous vos besoins de divertissement. Cet endroit vous fournit tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances. Avec un lave-vaisselle, un foyer électrique, une laveuse et une sécheuse faisant tous partie du forfait. Entièrement meublé, y compris un grand barbecue à gaz.

Randy was very responsive to some short time frame changes and able to accommodate our requests without hesitation. Although as the original renter I was not able to make the trip my siblings and their spouses were. They were quite impressed and humbled by the hospitality. Wow they were made to feel right at Home. Everything they needed to feel comfortable was provided. Cabin was clean and inviting, outdoor areas beautiful and Relaxing. Were attending a 50th Family Reunion and the cabin made our stay comfortable welcoming and Relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We continue to stay at Randy’s home away from home because we love it! It’s always so clean and cozy. He keeps it stocked with anything you could possibly need. We love being able to bring our fur babies on family getaways! Highly recommend staying here!!

Third visit

Stayed at a second rental of the same VRBO owner we've stayed before. Did not disappoint. Rentals are sooo clean and everything is there that you could possibly need. Communication was great from booking to checking out.

Favorite stay!!!

We have been staying around Rathbun lake now for around 6 years. This was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. When it says all you need to bring is food and drinks that’s exactly what it means. Randy goes above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be booking this from here on out if it’s available

Awesome accommodations and perks

Never felt more comfortable in an unfamiliar place and Randy is the host that everyone is looking for when it comes capitalizing on a getaway. We had a good time and will be back again. Just like home. You get the best attention I have ever seen from a host and he is readily available to answer any questions you may have. Had a great time.

Pancake Day 75th Anniversary in Centerville, Iowa

First time renting RRR and all I can say is Thank You for being the best hostess and opening your home to travelers to the area! There is nothing that you'll need; just your clothes! Randy has everything from q-tips to ketchup! Personal products to snacks and wine! A well mixture of different coffee pods too! There's so much more that Randy has for his renters!

We were so excited when we arrived. It is very neat and clean. It had everything we needed and then some. Randy checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok. We were close to the lake. Birthday fun

Was just as described. Randy was prompt whenever i reached out. The location wasn't far from the lake. Information on the area, property was in a binder as you arrived. A nice welcome note and snacks eere provided. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and anything you needed along with seasonings, condiments etc. I can't say enough about this rental. We will be back!

Our true home away from home

We are so comfortable here, while we are staying we refer to it as going hoe when we are away. Even our dog feels at home and recognizes it when we arrive as a safe place. As usual the location was ready and inviting and we hated leaving.

I work at a nearby Community College. I'm also a Former U.S. Marine so, paying close attention to Detail is a Top Priority for me. I used to be partners in a different type of business and since selling it I've wanted to try something new and this fits me perfect. In my free time I enjoy boating, fishing, hunting, smoking meats, and meeting new people. Going above and beyond is a model I want my guests to experience while staying at Randy's Rathbun Rentals. This particular property is within an eighth of a mile from my current residence. That makes me readily available for any questions or concerns. I have lived here for 20 years and have great insight on all attractions around the area. It has a wonderful open kitchen that you'll absolutely fall in love with as well as a spacious living room. With a backyard firepit, ( including FREE Firewood) you will enjoy the quietness and not to mention all of the beautiful stars. This is a Pet Friendly property as well.

This is a Pet Friendly Vacation Rental. Fully furnished with above and beyond amenities. Free Coffee, Free Bag of Ice, Free Wine Bar (select varieties), Free Firewood, and Free Snacks. All this at No Extra Charge. I must be crazy...no, I just want you and your guests to have the Best vacation ever. I travel using VRBO myself so, being a great host is very important to me. My knowledge of the area gives you an extra advantage when booking in a new area. The lake is pristine and has so much to offer just like my Vacation Rental. You'll love the open concept of the kitchen and living room not to mention the 2 newly constructed decks. One is covered with outdoor furniture and the other is a large open deck with a table and 6 chairs. You're only minutes away from the boat ramps, beach, boat or jet ski rentals, golf course, and many other things to do while staying here.
